Grand Mercure Shenzhen Nanshan

The front desk service was excellent, and I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was very spacious, especially for Shenzhen, well-equipped, and quiet. I slept very comfortably. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The service was excellent overall, and the hotel enjoys a great location. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and its proximity to the subway station makes getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious. However, the washing machines and dryers available for guests were quite old and dated.

The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean, featuring a unique and beautiful design. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided warm, attentive service. The hotel's location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and is surrounded by convenient shopping and dining options.

This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at during my business trips to Shenzhen. Many 5-star business hotels tend to have small, somewhat cramped rooms, but Grand Mercure was recommended by a colleague, and since I had business in Nanshan this time, I chose to stay here. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and the room was spotless. Even the bathtub was perfectly clean. I highly, highly recommend it to anyone particular about cleanliness – there wasn't a single stain on the tables, chairs, footstools, or sofa. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, highly recommended! I was in a bit of a hurry when I left, so I didn't get any photos, but it's a dessert lover's dream – every single dessert was fantastic! The hotel's location is also great; it's not in the bustling city center, so it's very quiet. There are some excellent eateries nearby – BBQ, rice noodle rolls (changfen), all tasting great. It's also a good spot for friends to meet up. Overall, I highly recommend it!
