這間酒店位置非常方便， 就在深圳地鐵1号綫華僑城站出來走2分鐘就到 ，但我住的是東翼，到了東翼大堂辦理入住手續時， 卻發覺東翼大堂的住客也是要到正門辦理，又要拖着行李來回很疲累，希望酒店在預訂平台上提醒客人（辦理手續請往正門，而非東翼大堂）可避免浪費時間🙏

衞生間有發黴，房間空調調了等於沒調，調26度室温還是20度，晚上被凍醒，wifi也不穩定，經常掉，外賣不能送上樓衹能下樓取，唯一的好處是離地鐵站很近，出站就到了。

房間還不錯，挺乾淨的。床品很舒軟，一夜睡下來挺滿意的。
浴室裏東西也蠻齊全，淋浴熱水挺足的。
位置還挺好找的，周邊也安靜。服務也不錯，有種回到家的感覺。

酒店地理位置很好，步行五分鐘就到錦綉中華民族村，地鐵A口就在門口對面，海景房還能看到海對面的香港元朗。各部門的服務態度都挺好的，尤其前台Eric很有禮貌很耐心。雖然房間是舊了一點，畢竟開業時間在那裡了，但性價比很高。

前台leo服務很周到，安排的房間很滿意，床鋪舒適柔軟，採光通風也挺不錯的，熱水淋浴水壓足，停車是免費的，找前台leo也是很快速的輸入車牌號，快速通行。酒店環境也很不錯，綠化做的很好，房間設施也比較齊全，最最好的是地理位置非常好，離地鐵口非常近，出門玩特別方便，是一次很開心的住宿體驗。
