This 3-day, 2-night trip with the elderly and children deserves a high score! The day before we arrived at the hotel, the hotel customer service lady Livana kindly asked about our room requirements. We have an elderly person who is nearly 70 years old and a child who is 4 years old, and they have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The surprise was that the beautiful lady Livana took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type, which has a great view, is smoke-free, very quiet, and always follows up on our needs👍. If a child’s foot is scratched, basic emergency measures can be taken. Children's activities and facilities are clean and disinfected. The beach is less crowded and cleaner! I have to complain about a hotel in Huizhou. The unit price is 1,566 yuan, but the facilities for children are dirty and dark. There is nothing except the beach and swimming pool. By the way, the Cantonese restaurant in the hotel has good food 👍. If there is no service charge, you can eat every meal 🫢. The buffet dinner is OK, the food is average, but the service is good.

This time, I chose to spend my anniversary in this hotel with my partner. I was very satisfied. It was even the first time that my partner said he wanted to come to this hotel again in the future. Hahaha. First of all, I was surprised that the club is a separate building, very close to the sea, and there are not many people. When checking in, there is a concierge to help with the luggage. Because it is an anniversary, I made a note in advance and upgraded to a high floor with a better view of the sea. It's a pity that I couldn't upgrade to a suite. Hahaha, the hotel service is very good and helped with the decoration. They sent a small cake and helped to get the usual takeout. The view from the lounge is very good. It's really nice to sit there and drink. It would be great if the lounge could open later. It's very comfortable to sit there and drink~ In short, it's great, the hygiene and service are very good. I look forward to coming again next time~

During my stay, I could tell Livana and zero about my needs and they would arrange them for me in a timely manner. The hotel environment is good, and the warm smiles of the staff add a touch of color to the pleasant trip.

帶喜歡玩沙的寶寶住一晚海景房，價格超值，小姐姐Lila人超好，給我們升級了親子套房，還給寶寶準備了沙灘玩具。還給這個月生日的外婆準備了小驚喜和蛋糕，外婆開心慘了，真希望假期可以久一點，下次多住兩天。
