住了很多年的酒店，主要是便利和熟悉，去福田南山都方便，所以儘管深圳有大批新酒店，兜兜轉轉還是選這裏。這次有酒店的Sirius行前加了微信，詢問需求，入住後還熱心協調熨燙事項，離店我忘記了裝箱一個個人物品，也是麻煩他安排快遞迴家，服務很周到，友善。謝謝。另外行政酒廊的幾位都非常熱心周到。

唯一缺點就是早上8:33分開始一直有小孩子奔跑🏃持續到9.15 有點無語 房間已經是地毯 但是還是聲音很大 體驗不是很好 也可能親子酒店都會有的缺點吧….

作為會員有幸得到了房型升級，裝飾風格很有歐洲西班牙的風格，艷麗的紅色調讓人心情愉悦。房間總體都挺不錯的，床和枕頭都很舒服。

The room is large and clean. A hotel butler will help you check in.
The minibar items in a room that costs over 1,000 yuan are all charged. It is unreasonable to charge 48 yuan for a small box of Lays potato chips.
But it is a family hotel. The service facilities are not up to par. There is no place to wash feet in the sand digging area. There is no place to take a shower. It is very troublesome to wash in the room. It is easy to catch a cold. There is no service staff at the towel collection area.
There are many children staying in the parent-child hotel. A smoking area should be set up at the entrance to concentrate the children. Every time I walked to the lobby entrance, there were many people smoking outside. The smell of smoke was very strong and it was not friendly to children.
