太差了，叫了個瑞幸外賣大熱天讓我自己去大門口外面的破櫃子裏拿，在我離櫃子五米的時候工作人員替其他客房的人拿完瑞幸外賣轉身往酒店走，什麼意思？房價不同區別對待？？？？小童遊樂園也是一塌糊塗，毫無可玩性，早餐堪稱同價酒店最差早餐之最，吃拉肚子了，水果都不新鮮，勸大家不要來

設施：開業五年的酒店，裝修在線，設備都挺新的。每間客房都可以看海，風景無敵。除客房外，還有餐廳（自助早餐品類豐富，取餐動線很合理）、公共洗衣房、游泳池、乒乓球室、健身房、小童遊樂室、卡丁車場、水上活動場、觀海長堤、天台農場等豐富的配套。重點提一句，它家是寵物友好酒店！真正意義上的，入住期間，看到了很多可愛修狗，大型狗狗也可以入住呢，配了寵物樂園和寄養處，完美呀。
衞生：客房打掃得很乾凈，床單被罩也沒有絲毫潮濕，工區也有保潔人員定時清掃，很不錯。
環境：萬科產業一貫的裝修風格，舒適簡潔，很喜歡。酒店和遊艇停放區離得很近，頂層花園佈置的很不錯，不同植物會立名稱牌，很有人文氣息。
服務：近來入住服務態度最好的一家酒店啦！從前台到客房服務，大家態度都很友好，説話客氣面帶微笑。特別是大堂的小邱，非常感謝她在我們入住期間提供了非常棒的服務。很美好入住體驗，下次還會再來！
