前段時間去深圳出差，住的深圳瑞吉酒店，體驗感簡直拉滿！一到酒店，門僮熱情幫忙拿行李，引導我快速完成入住。房間在高層，視野超棒，裝修精緻但時間長保養的一般，有邊角的地方感覺不是很乾凈，衞生間馬桶不智能，好在床品舒適，還貼心準備了歡迎水果。健身房有點狹小，器材不夠齊全，泳池水質清澈，視野開闊但水深才90cm，小孩池？管家服務電話比較難打，接線不是很順暢。

位置優越，鄰近鐵路站及多個大型商埸，職員服務殷勤，很有賓至如歸的感覺。但相對服務如查詢酒店或自助餐預訂需要致電顯得不太方便，如能像管家服務一樣就會更好。

首先必需讚揚經理Genie ，完美示範五星級酒店應有的服務和水準，房間遲咗預備好，但genie 作出超出預期的補償方案並全力跟進，讓入住時不愉快的部份淡化，最後整體入住體驗是非常良好，感謝genie 的協助！
