這是第一次入住瑞吉酒店，在KK mall 旁，位置十分方便，畢竟酒店已開業多年，房間設施有點Old School 及歷史痕跡！但房間尚算乾淨，遠望窗外景觀，更有一種居高臨下感覺，晚上更可欣賞深圳夜景。酒店員工十分友善及提供貼心服務，尤其是Alice Chen ，她熱心主動協助，值得一讚！深圳瑞吉酒店為我們帶來一個愉快假期！

Our stats at St Regis were beyond our expectation.The location was in the best location. The front desk was very helpful. Our room has the perfect view of the Shenzhen. Big and clean room. the bed was so comfortable. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Var at the 97th floor was big where you can have a fancy night to have your cocktail drink.

This is the second time we stayed here. Better experience then the previous visit. Frontdesk staff was so nice and had arranged a room with decoration of birthday. Simple but sincere. With a free entry during happy hour at 100/F bar. Snacks and drinks were fine.
Will recommend friends to visit definitely.

這個五星好評是給大堂經理和值班夏經理的，兩位處理問題都非常積極大氣。因為SPA部門發錯訊息的困擾，夏經理馬上積極更進，大堂經理一位女士（不確認是否是大堂經理）也因為入住問題專門上房間溝通過。雖然因為各種小問題產生了些不愉快，但是瑕不掩瑜，還是願意給個滿分好評，希望瑞吉不負所望，越來越好。
