酒店在國貿核心地帶，距離1號線國貿地鐵站步行5分鐘的距離，去羅湖口岸也很方便。這次入住總體感覺很驚喜，雖然介紹上看起來酒店裝修年限比較長，但這家皇冠假日維護工作做得很好，感覺和一些開業5-6年的同等級酒店差不多。前台給升級房型後的房間很大、很安靜，住的很舒服。4樓的早餐品種豐富，吃的很順心。健身設施也很完備，方便晚上鍛鍊。總體來説，600多一晚的價格很合適，性價比很高。

Wifi is foreigners friendly and can access many apps unavailable in other Chinese hotels. We were upgraded to a bigger room automatically. Room is very quiet despite being in a crowded area. Location is perfect for exploring luohu with shopping malls and eateries nearby.

下午三點多前台給我辦理入住的那小姐姐很專業，人特別禮貌，酒店房間空間很大，床很大，酒店開的時間久舊了點完全可以理解，單住宿我認為沒什麼問題還是舒服的。
酒店的早餐不得不提一下我認為需要提高，一是種類太少，二是不太衞生或者是食物不新鮮……我和我先生兩個人吃完早餐回房間都拉肚子！在吃完早餐後我們回房在電梯裏我肚子就開始痛差點趕不急房間廁所。在進食之前我們一切正常沒有不舒服的感覺，因為我們早上起床後都習慣性先上完廁所。
早餐我一清二楚記得自己吃了些什麼，並且吃的根本不多！本人吃了一小小碗柴魚花生鹹骨粥、兩小節水煮玉米、一個茶葉蛋、兩小杯熱牛奶、一小杯黑樹梅熱茶、一點蔬菜沙拉、四個小小雜糧包給了一個我先生吃，沒想到拉了一整天今天上班人還是虛脱狀態。

地理位置優越，去東門走路幾分鐘，離國貿地鐵站400米左右。
早餐豐富，就是房間含早餐，但是3個人入住，還要單買一份早餐，為什麼不直接加在房費裏。
酒店設施有點舊，但是前台，禮賓和樓層客服人員都很禮貌，很熱情。
忘了拍酒店照片，放幾張東門美食街的照片。

再次入住東門IHG皇冠套房酒店。前台無論是訓練有素的接待經理還是入職不久的新人均熱情溝通，確認相關訊息。房間也幫升級為開放式套房，居住體驗感倍增，相當不錯。早餐豐儉由人，外國友人品嚐中國美食應該滿足。此時此刻，如果服務人員能再次主動問詢提供紅茶咖啡，就大功告成了。
