This is my second time staying at this hotel and I was very disappointed Booked a Premier Deluxe Twin Room The hotel room did not have adequate air conditioning. Notify the hotel staff for repairs. The service attitude is poor, the first staff inspection is no air conditioning. The second time we communicated with the front desk manager, he arranged for a repairman to help us follow up on the room air conditioning. When the repairman performed the repair it said that we did not stay in the room for more than 30 minutes the air conditioning would be gone. But do not understand why I checked-in and stayed for more than 30 minutes in the room did not have enough air conditioning. I really don't understand that a five-star hotel is worse than a four-star hotel Astute consumers, please consider the buffet dinner and breakfast. Because I checked into the hotel on July 26, the hotel occupancy rate was too high that day At ease dinner many foods have to be rationed such as dessert stew too? Dinner buffet is from 6pm to 9:30pm. But some of the food was eaten at 7:30 and the hotel did not replenish the food. The most disgraceful thing is that it doesn't say sold out. The hotel staff replied that due to the large number of people, no other food could be provided to complement it today. What a five star hotel, not enough food provided. Coming yet in the peak of summer vacation really smart consumers you consider whether to stay in this hotel and eat buffet dinner. I have sent an email to the hotel for my experience this time, I hope they need to be improved.
