今次第二次入住這間酒店，非常之失望
訂咗一間尊貴豪華雙床房
酒店房間沒有足夠嘅冷氣，通知酒店職員維修。
服務態度差劣，第一次職員檢查完都係無冷氣。
第二次同前台經理溝通，他安排維修員幫我們跟進房間冷氣。當維修員進行維修的時候就話我們沒有在房間逗留超過30分鐘冷氣會沒有。
但不明白點解我check-in完入住逗留超過30分鐘房間都沒有足夠冷氣。
真的不明白五星級酒店仲差過四星級酒店
精明嘅消費者，請你們考慮清楚食自助晚餐及早餐。
因為本人7月26日入住酒店，酒店當日入住率太高
自在晚餐好多食物都要配給例如甜品燉湯都要嗎？
自助晚餐係由晚上六點至到晚上9:30 。
但係有部份食物7:30已經食完，酒店都沒有再補上食物。最離譜嘅係佢冇寫明售完即止。
酒店職員回答由於人數眾多，所以今天不能夠再提供其他食物補上。什麼五星級酒店，沒有足夠食物提供。
嚟緊仲要係暑假旺季真係精明嘅消費者你哋考慮清楚是否入住這間酒店及食自助晚餐。
本人今次嘅體驗已經send咗email到酒店，希望佢哋有待改善。

這個房間是連同酒店自助餐優惠一起預訂，但套票沒有2晚的選項，要我另外分開預訂多一天，建議可以改良一下選項。 房間不錯、餐廳食物質素也很好，但有些受歡迎的食物如生蠔、燒鵝肝等等可以在繁忙時間增加人手，客人等太久體驗也不太好。另外，第二天早上附送的早餐真的飽到吃不下，但款式很多。

福田口岸出關，網約車30左右就達大酒店，因為是星期六，人還是很多的，前台服務的人員態度很好，辦理很順利，酒店很新，房間還算寬敞，幹淨整潔，浴缸設計很特別，強調一下，床很舒服。特別推介的還有他們的自助餐，品種多樣，味道很不錯，環境舒適。推介指數4星半。要特別感謝前台的工作人員Suby, Candy,Peter,叫外賣的時候，大家都十分耐心的幫忙處理。 建議
