深圳最好的機場酒店。9點15的國內航班，我8點10分出門都悠哉悠哉，走到安檢輕輕鬆鬆。每次深圳早晨起飛都會來這裏住，關鍵隔音完美，床品用料紮實，根本就是睡眠酒店級別。
昨晚開完房很晚了，後面發現有窗户關不緊。打電話投訴後10分鐘就有專人來帶領我們去換了一間套房，等於還幫我們升級了，處理問題非常及時。就是可惜第二天要早起沒啥機會去享受套房了哈哈。
服務，衞生，空間，硬件設施，隔音，位置都是頂級，非常滿意。

設施：酒店設施很齊全。
衞生：打掃的很乾凈。
環境：環境讓人很意外，在酒店的露台花園還看到了不錯的景色。在深圳機場這麼繁忙的一個地方別具一格的景色。
服務：酒店服務很到位，對於乘機的乘客入住酒店還可以提供走頭等艙安檢的便利服務。快捷退房點就在前往機場客運大樓的路上，完全不用折返前台也很貼心。
在機場酒店裡深圳寶安機場的這個凱越全是很用心的，頭等艙安檢、快速退房都很好用。
進到房間有個很特別的設計，酒店自知緊鄰機場跑到，生怕影響客人睡眠，在酒店客房外牆窗裏面還有一層落地門，親自試了一下，開關這個窗户落地門完全就是兩個噪音感受。能夠在機場酒店安心沒噪音睡眠感覺還不錯。

客房有點老舊，不過勝在交通便利，客房到3樓就是機場安檢。前台熱心的説，按航班提前1小時就可以，但是如果坐衞星廳就真的還是時間緊迫。

機場凱悦，整體感覺還是很不錯的，自助餐很豐富，各方面也很用心，工作人員態度也很禮貌積極，但自助餐餐廳內有孩子玩的遊樂場，對成人喜安靜的會比較喧鬧，建議想辦法避免一下干擾成人用餐體驗，酒店裝修品質也很好。
