Hmm, it's a bit of a mixed bag. The room was quite clean, which was good. However, the windowless room was incredibly damp, and the ventilation wasn't great. The biggest perk, though, is the location – you can walk directly to the border crossing in no time!

Right by the border crossing, it's extremely convenient. There's a small commercial area downstairs that caters to all basic needs. The front desk is located at the building's entrance, quite a distance from the rooms. You also need to walk a bit to reach the elevators, which are activated by a key card. The room was quiet, but featured small windows and rather dim lighting. Cleanliness was just average. It's perfectly acceptable for a one-night stopover if you're just looking for a place before crossing the border.

The location is excellent, very close to the border crossing, and having a washing machine and dryer was a big plus.
However, there was a dreadful, foul smell coming from the bathroom floor drain in the room, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. Turning on the AC helped clear the air a little, but the unit blew directly onto my head, which was quite uncomfortable.
On the positive side, the room itself was clean, no complaints there.
Overall, if you need a quick, no-frills stay, it offers pretty good value for money in this area, but it's definitely not somewhere I'd want to stay for long.
