床褥是堅硬承托力欠佳，是前所未有極差的體驗！早餐食物款式少而不精，侍應不主動收拾用過的碗碟。煮粉麵的女廚很辛苦吧，全程黑口黑面愛理不理！為一可取的只是地理位置，CP值極低，不會再來！

本身滿懷期待的進入洒店check in, 前台職員服務態度很一般, 沒有笑容不在說,問關於停車場事宜時更顯得不耐煩,職員還用好奇怪的眼光望你, 晚飯後回酒店一進房便明顯聞到強烈煙味 (我訂的是禁煙房) ,待了一會,煙味持續,便打給前台,前台只說沒有房換,說只可以拎部空氣機和香薰油來, 當然明白房滿不能控制. 但這巳突顯洒店對這方面的管理及控制安排非常差,冷氣非常嘈, 終於住了一晚第曰到前台check out 時, 職員依舊毫無笑容, 還是一付不耐煩樣子。住一晚也嫌多, 暫時是我左深圳住過服務最差的一間洒店, 比起其他價格便宜過他的, 各方便質素(職員及硬件)都優勝過這間, 管理好有問題, 永不回頭!
