是為了看球賽入住的酒店，入住辦理的很快，一進房間，一股濃濃的臭味撲鼻而來，我要求換房間，前台直接讓阿姨帶着我去挑房間，有意思的來了，我將近三點入住，房間居然大部分沒打掃好，我又不是提前入住，阿姨説我找前台她要打掃衞生，前台讓我找阿姨，好不容易找到一間沒有異味且打掃乾淨的房間，前台要求我加錢，説不是一個房型，ok我明白我也不是衹要貴的房型，我衹是想要我原本預訂的沒有異味的房型，你不能給到我就衹會這樣處理問題嗎？
