The room was impeccably clean – fantastic! It overlooks Honghuashan Park and Honghuashan Sports Center, offering lovely views. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with a wide range of cuisines to choose from, making it very convenient. All in all, it's a great place.

The hotel was pretty average, honestly, I'd say it was just about acceptable. But if you're after a spacious room or a sense of openness, then this isn't the place for you. You genuinely won't find a hotel this large for just over 100 RMB in Shenzhen.

The location is very convenient, with Line 6 subway station just a 10-minute walk away. Being in an urban village area, there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. On-site parking is available. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, and there's also a great Hunan restaurant right next door.

I booked this hotel to catch a game. Check-in was swift. However, the moment I stepped into my room, I was overwhelmed by a strong, foul odor. I immediately asked for a room change. The front desk then had a staff member take me to choose another room. Here's the kicker: I checked in at nearly 3 PM – well past the standard check-in time – yet most of the rooms available for viewing hadn't been cleaned! The staff member sent me back to the front desk, saying she needed to clean, while the front desk told me to talk to her, endlessly passing the responsibility. After much hassle, I finally found a clean, odor-free room. But then, the front desk demanded an extra charge, claiming it was a different room type. I'm not looking for an upgrade; I just wanted the clean, odor-free room type I originally booked. If you can't even provide that basic service, is this truly the only way you handle such issues?
