前台蘭服務很好，房間設施設備齊全，完善房間入住的很舒適，很好，還有自助洗衣機離龍崗大道很近，門口是火車地鐵站很方便出入

前台提前就安排好了房間，因為是第一次入住，還給免費升級了房型，辦理入住時，前台有告知房間已經紫外線臭氧消毒，進入房間後，確實乾淨整潔，衞生消毒特別到位。因為有鼻炎的緣故，問詢前台是否有空氣凈化器，結果不到3分鐘就送到了房間，這樣的服務很難得，太棒了哈哈
