設施很齊全，廚房，熱水器，衞生紙，一次性牙刷耳塞洗衣機，烘乾機，洗衣液都有，衞生簡直不要乾淨，每天都有阿姨來打掃，床單都是一客一換，老闆娘人特別好，沒有架子，很有親和力，而且有時候還會定期自己再打掃一遍，衞生真的沒話説，強烈推薦，我都在這裏住一個多月了，你就來住吧，一住一個愛上的，交通特別方便，附近就是地鐵口，樓下就是商場，商場裏面外面附近都是吃的。距離福田口岸特別近，去香港也很方便，在樓上就能看到香港，不要去看那些差評，差評都是遇到一些奇葩惡意差評的，我絕對不是拖哦，全是我的真實感受，女生在意的是衞生衞生真的超級乾淨，進門給人家的感覺特別亮敞光線也好，推薦小夥伴親自來體驗感受

太吵了，晚上01點還有人在洗衣服，説話，聊天，有些人也不上班就住在這裏玩，白天睡覺晚上説話吹牛，早上有上班的人做飯，有些人拉幫結派的在那裡説話，説別人壞話，各種 ^_^

一羣人唧唧喳喳，夏天洗衣服按時間40多分鐘，還烘乾，老闆也沒有説讓大家用快洗，每天凌晨大家還在洗衣服，住的人自主性很差 ，部分人員素質不高

所有人一共兩個廁所，很多人在大廳裏聊天討論，房間裏關着門也能聽到，沒有衣架，房間第二天不能住也不説，沒有問客人續不續住，客人不在房間裏要求把東西搬走，不能住了，引流客人至其他旅社，客人被迫搬走
