酒店服務無可挑剔的，朋友膝蓋摔破皮，酒店管家很貼心拿了碘伏棉簽和便利貼，很到位，其他酒店沒有的服務。
服務：每個管家都很好。很貼心。服務態度也很熱情

說好了是下午3時可入住,但結果要呆等到4:10才可入住,給的理由是未執拾好房間,還遊說我們UP ＧＲＡＤＥ 房間便可立即入住。

从入住門口到酒店大堂直到酒店房間都能感受到酒店員工的熱情招待 管家还安排了欢迎茶送到房間 晚上10点給辛勞的孩子媽庆祝生日 外面買的蛋糕撒了 打給管家求救 雖然歺廳都关門了 但还能找到个小熊蛋糕給我們（还沒收費）十分感謝😘；另外健身房接待的小姐姐看我女兒游泳后在等我 又是幫她蓋被子保暖 又送暖水☺️☺️十分暖心，下次还來👍

相比價格而言，略有差距，停車場上到房間要轉兩次電梯，且指引並不清晰，服務熱情但不是很周到，酒店旁邊的環境也一般。下次去度假可能會找其他更好的酒店。

各方面都不錯，只是check in 後，有位職員話稍後會有管家上門介紹房間. 但等了很久也不見，後來打電話確認才立即有人來.
歡迎水果問了3次，至晚上10:45才有. 解說是送錯房間.
