Heartful thank you to Oscar Dear Management of St. Regis I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay at your hotel. Specifically, I would like to commend Oscar from the front desk for his outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable guest experience. Upon check-in, Oscar greeted me with warmth and efficiency, setting a positive tone for my stay. During check-out, he took the time to kindly ask about my experience and listened attentively to my feedback. When I mentioned a minor issue, he promptly addressed it with great care and resolution. Additionally, his thoughtful gesture of presenting a teddy bear as a gift truly touched me and significantly enhanced my overall impression of the hotel. While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were two minor incidents that could have impacted my experience. First, there was a misunderstanding with the concierge team regarding courier delivery services. Fortunately, the butler quickly stepped in, understood my needs, and made an exception to assist me. She also patiently explained the reasons behind the policy, doing so in such a polite and comforting manner that I truly appreciated. Secondly, there were no universal sockets compatible with UK plugs, my laptop ran out of battery but I had to reply an email via that laptop. I contacted the butler for a converter, after over 10 minutes, one was provided but no way to plug to the wall socket. I called the butler again, then it took nearly an hour for the housekeeping team to find a suitable power *****. I acknowledge that, as a guest, I should have been better prepared, and I understand that such situations can sometimes be beyond the hotel’s immediate control. Or maybe my expectation to the butler team is far over. Despite these small setbacks, Oscar’s efforts during check-out completely eased my frustrations and left a lasting positive impression. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and I believe he is a valuable asset to your team. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels and that Oscar receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to returning to the St. Regis in the future.

The room was spotless, and the in-room facilities were excellent. We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel offered great views, and every piece of furniture was well-maintained. However, there were two major issues: 1. I had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and requested some decorations. During dinner, my child accidentally cut their lip and started bleeding, which, of course, was an unfortunate personal incident. We had to walk out to the lobby and call for a server before anyone finally came. Is this really the standard of F&B service for a five-star hotel? Our family of three booked two rooms. As they couldn't be arranged on the same floor, the hotel thoughtfully programmed our key cards during check-in to grant access to both floors, making it very convenient for us to visit each other.
