前台職員很有禮貌並且非常樂意提供有用的資訊。
房間環境很舒適,還幫我們升級了園景房。酒店衛生程度良好,非常欣賞房間內有無線叉電設備,電熱水煲及浴缸都十分新淨,如果可以提供自助洗衣服務會更加好。

位於大浪時尚小鎮，周邊很多服飾類企業，加上法國雅高調性讓酒店的設計感十足，大堂還養育了2籠雀鳥，增添了靈動生機。地毯、沙發座椅與燈的撞色搭配既明快又舒適。最後，感謝前台為我房間作了升級處理，體驗感加倍。
