Great stay at fantastic high quality hotel. We will come back again hope there will be more seasonal packages with seasonal food from buffet.
Staff are professional warm and well trained. We feel the warm welcome from check in reception to dining to check out. Well done !
Hope there will be more fun attraction points nearby the hotel for retuning customers.

This was a beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. The pool was fantastic and the kids had a blast. Gym is sufficient but not as good as the Pullman at Shenzhen North station.
Location wise you are right at the Dalang Fashion Town and you are not in the heart of Dalang but we had a car so was not a big issue for us. Worst case you are a didi away from anywhere you want to go.
If you want a quite restful property to stay at I would recommend MGallery. Hotel staff are friendly but I felt could be more polished considering this is a higher end property within the Accor group.

Hotel quality is top notch, only draw back is the distance. Really enjoyed the guest services especially with the WeChat hotel front desk service, makes our communication very convenient. Free parking right below hotel with direct access. The rooms itself is our favourite. You can even pick your preferred type of pillows upon request.

We were there for a business trip, but 2 of us need a resort type of experience, do we choose this new hotel. It is beautifully located in northern part of Shenzhen, the scenes are awesome. Jamie, Mia are 2 helpful stafffl, and Wendy helped u with checking in, she let us extend our check out and upgraded the room. We will definitely return here.

There are wide variety of food for you to choose for breakfast! The cake bought from the cafe at lobby was super delicious. Impressive experience at all~

The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are very helpful. My package included an access to the executive lounge. It has a good look of mountains and a pond. The staff are there are very courteous and helpful. The light snacks served at the lounge ate good enough for a light dinner. The hotel us a bit far away from the nearby shopping mall. There is nothing around the hotel except for fashion centers that my family did not have time for a visit. The swimming pool is small compared with a 4 or 5 star hotel.
