先從進入酒店範圍説起，地下停車場千萬不要去負二層，電梯根本沒開通，停車場臟亂差，出口指示會突然斷掉，暫時不收停車費；辦完入住搭乘酒店電梯衹有一邊能用，每次上下等到煩躁；九點下樓早餐也要排隊半小時，有些無序；酒店房間細節衞生做不到，感覺新開不久的酒店，但是外窗非常臟；以上是個人槽點。服務人員培訓到位，前台餐廳大堂吧人員均具有高服務水準。大堂寬敞舒適，舒適座位非常多，有啤酒吧，有足球玩具和桌球，任玩；房間花塞水壓大，沖涼舒服。用品精良。

房間寬敞，整面落地窗採光好，電動窗簾操作便捷，兩個全身鏡位置合理不會照到床 但床太高離地80cm左右
配有膠囊咖啡機，杯子清潔無水漬，送了歡迎水果
衞生間四分區，馬桶和淋浴分別有門，拖鞋底也防水
浴缸設計合理，底部做了防滑，配有頭枕，放水排水速度快，但外側沒有排水，
智能馬桶附帶加熱功能，廁紙太薄，垃圾桶帶蓋且放在馬桶側後方使用不便
客房服務很好，響應處理很快
