入住的房間整潔乾淨，維護得很好，看得出管理很用心。
酒店的設施相當完備，無論是日常所需還是偶爾的辦公需求，基本都能滿足，房間內也配有現代化的設施，使用起來很方便。**服務方面更是值得稱讚，周到細緻，態度親切友好，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，無論是諮詢還是提出需求，響應都很及時有效。

兒子考上中大，第二年開始到深圳校區上學，我來過這裏好多次，第一次在這裏住酒店，因為帶了媽媽來看外孫的校園，當天來回未免太辛苦，於是在學人苑訂了房間住一晚。
學人苑不知道開了多久，但是感覺還是有點裝修味道，而且不用刷房卡就可以上各個樓層。電梯也有刷房卡的設定，建議酒店還是把這個功能用起來。
酒店房間挺精緻，茶水託盤和衞生間都有中大標誌建築物的手繪素描。兩邊景觀我都看了，周邊不是學校就是低矮的城中村，遠處是山。
早餐標價98一位，我們的房間含早餐，但是選擇不多，好在有一個麪檔，煎蛋和麪條都可以新鮮製作。
