The hotel is next to the school, with convenient parking, good environment, and flexible check-out👍 But after staying for two nights, the hot water pipe was under maintenance... I couldn't take a shower 🛀 1) I called the front desk at around 11pm that night and they said they were repairing it, but there was no comfort or answer... Well, for a Cantonese person, it would be very uncomfortable if he didn't take a shower and went to bed that day. 2) At 8 am the next day, after running the water for more than ten minutes, there was still no hot water. I called the front desk and they said the hot water supply had been restored. Then I ran the water and waited for more than ten minutes. Hot water came out of the sink faucet, but it was very yellow (Figure 1) 3) Continue to wait for the shower. After 5 minutes, hot water comes out, but it is very small (Figure 2). You can only call the front desk and ask them to send someone to adjust it. 4) The aunt came but didn’t have any solution and left; after I washed my hair with yellow water, she knocked on the door again at about 8:30 and said she could change rooms so I could wash up… At this time, I only had half an hour to go to class and it would take more than ten minutes to get there, which was not enough time, so I refused… I share this in the hope that the hotel can respond quickly and flexibly to emergencies. Such a good hotel should not lose points due to emergencies. Moreover, the hotel is under the banner of CUHK, so it should cherish the weight of the two words CUHK.

The other facilities in the room are OK, but the floor is uneven and carpeted, so it makes noise when you walk on it. Poor service awareness and lack of hotel management capabilities. The fan in the equipment room makes a lot of noise at night, affecting sleep. Breakfast time is only until 9 o'clock, without any notice, it is just an internal reception office.

Clean and hygienic, on campus, very quiet.

The rooms in the newly opened hotel of CUHK are not as big as the Scholars' Hotel. For the time being, they still have the smell of new decoration. The sound from the construction site opposite does not affect me. The quilt is a bit thick. It is still hot even when the temperature is 23 degrees, and my hands feel cold when I stretch them out. At South School, you can enter the school with your hotel room card, but not here. The security guard said that he didn't receive the notice. The area around the campus is relatively deserted, and the school cafeteria is too bad. I hope it can be improved.
