此次出行，我要為亞朵酒店的服務瘋狂打call！首先非常感謝安曉、行澈、若莞這三位工作人員，他們用行動詮釋了什麼叫做極致的服務，讓身在異國的老闆真切感受中國的歸屬感。是合作商推薦的這家亞朵很不錯，就給老闆預訂了，沒想到過程中竟會如此令人忘懷。老闆作為來中國談合作的外國客人，剛下飛機就遭遇傾盆大雨。因老闆翻譯航班延誤不能及時趕到，老闆語言不通，路線也不熟悉，孤立無援之際。我聯繫航空公司無果後，嘗試向酒店求助。若莞和安曉接到電話，簡單瞭解情況後，毫不猶豫地頂着傾盆大雨奔赴機場。在KFC尋得老闆後，若莞用英語簡單溝通安撫，隨後將老闆帶回酒店並高效辦理入住。本以為波折就此結束，誰知晚上老闆突然身體不適，頭暈、嘔吐、發燒等症狀一併襲來。若莞和行澈得知後，立即帶着老闆前往附近醫院。在醫院裏，他們跑前跑後，忙得不可開交。行澈知道老闆語言與付款會不順暢，他主動上前墊付了醫葯費。第二天早上他們還貼心地讓餐廳預留清淡餐食，送到房間。當翻譯次日到達時，老闆跟翻譯溝通，想用現金紅包或請吃飯表達感謝時，卻都被工作人員婉拒。他們卻説心意和認可就是最珍貴的回報。老闆被咱們中國這份真誠深深打動，回來後跟我講回國或為公司人員預訂，都會首選亞朵。
