酒店服務很好，預先通知有小朋友生日，酒店準備好簡單佈置及蛋糕於雪櫃內，小朋友一入房見到氣球及蛋糕開心到即刻整亂了…想影相都冇時間😂
第二晚在酒店食自助餐晚餐職員周權好細心提醒8時有表演提醒我們先看表演再回來食甜品👍

酒店每個工作人員帶非常熱情，特別是辦理入住的前台小姐姐小歐和小孫細心温柔，細緻，贊！酒店細節也是滿滿的，獨佔小梅沙一線海景，室外泳池與沙灘相連，視覺上就很享受了。有室內外小童樂園和水上樂園，而且房間很大，床品也很舒服，大堂和泳池邊上都放着許多瓶裝水，補充也很及時。酒店每天都會安排很多活動和表演，不會無聊。真的感受到酒店的用心

這次入住美高梅酒店真是驚喜連連。從進門開始就感受到熱情周到的服務，每位工作人員都會主動問好，特別貼心，特別王要感謝陽陽小姐姐，人美有愛心，和小朋友玩的非常好！給我安排了視野超棒的房間。酒店內部環境跟宣傳照片一模一樣，乾淨整潔又充滿設計感，設備完善，環境寬敞，看得出在細節上很用心。整體住宿體驗非常舒適，無論是服務還是硬件設施都讓人滿意
