Shangri-La Nanshan, Shenzhen

The location and environment of the hotel are excellent and it is worth recommending. This hotel is really good among the hotels I have stayed in in Shenzhen. It was recently opened and has very good service facilities.

The hotel experience exceeded all expectations! Located in the picturesque Nanshan Scenic Area, the hotel offers a tranquil and refreshing atmosphere. The lobby exudes an understated luxury from the moment you step into it, and the warm and professional service of the staff makes you feel right at home. A special thank you to Joey Alice for arranging the room and the restaurant. My favorite part was the room amenities. The spacious room features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering lush mountain views from the bed. The mattress and pillows were perfectly firm and soft, ensuring excellent sleep. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas and is furnished with high-end brand name fixtures. The window-facing bathtub offers a relaxing soak while gazing at the natural scenery. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of dishes, combining Chinese and Western cuisine. I especially recommend the freshly made local noodles and freshly squeezed juices. The Cantonese and Hainanese cuisine in the Chinese restaurant is top-notch, featuring fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The hotel's leisure facilities are a highlight: The heated infinity pool is perfect for photo opportunities. The hotel also offers short guided hikes to explore the surrounding natural beauty, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Whether it's a couple's trip, a family trip or a business trip, Nanshan Shangri-La can provide an unimaginable comfortable experience and is definitely worth staying again!
