服務水平方面，我感覺與標準酒店相去甚遠。前台接待的態度雖然友好，但在處理問題時卻顯得相當慢，缺乏效率。房間清潔的頻率也不夠高，讓我在入住期間感到不夠舒適。我曾經向服務人員反映了幾個小問題，但解決的速度讓我感到不滿。
