酒店/民宿位於屋苑小區內；屋苑估計大約十年左右；綠化做得不錯；辦事入住手續於第二座1638室；入住安排在第一座14樓；房間是家住開房式；睡房住於二樓；衞生情況可以的；床鋪表面也顯示乾淨潔白；亦頗舒適；另外房間冷氣足wifi流𣈱；洗水間乾顯分離；整體來說也是有85分；扣分地方；傢俬方面比較舊；雪櫃內外顯示應該沒有抹過；內里有汚蹟；沙發比較破舊中間已經凹陷；坐得比較辛苦；洗手間分開左右兩個格但冲完涼水仍會少量浸至另一邊；由於酒店提供一次性拖鞋沒有防滑效果；洗手間有一梯級；地下又沒有地顫；本人未發覺；就滑倒在廁所門口的地上；幸好只是手腳及臀部受傷；分別手踭、膝頭及臀部也瘀了一大片；如果撞到頭部就不堪切想！這方面酒店必須即時改善；避免其他住客受傷

台胞證可以住，離錦龍距離蠻近的，從小區的西南門進入，一下就可以到了，附近很多吃的，也有便利商店。這次幫我升級成親子房，所以二樓有兩間房間，還有一間小密室，但只能使用一間，整個空間寬敞，有洗衣機跟冰箱可以使用非常方便，而且插座很多，不過wifi 不知道為什麼一直連不上，但我自己有網路，所以影響不大，覺得性價比很高，位置也很符合需求，推薦👍

太差勁 一個月至少住3-4次 之前的都沒有太大問題 這次桌子是爛的 換了房之後上面的牆壁跟櫃子是發黴的 問客服還説可以正常入住 更可笑的是現在換成葯連接wifi才能開空調 一旦斷開就斷電 誰在樓上本身就沒有什麼網絡 一直斷電 早啊直接被熱醒 發訊息給客服也是不回覆解決處理的 越來越爛 以後不回來主人住了
