"Aston Review: I highly recommend everyone visiting Batam to stay at Aston! This is my second time in Batam, and my second stay at this hotel! ❤️ This time (August 29-31) was super busy; the hotel was almost fully booked, and some items at the breakfast buffet weren't replenished quickly enough. I hope the hotel can arrange more staff on weekends to ensure faster replenishment and replacement of food at the breakfast buffet, and more efficient cleaning! ✅ The air conditioning is very cold (when you check in and open the room door, the AC is already on and waiting for you!) ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and very spacious. ✅ There's a swimming pool, a huge gym (you can even train for HYROX!), a sauna, and massage services. ✅ Breakfast offers a very wide and rich selection! Many local Indonesian specialties, almost everything you can think of! ✅ International adapters are available for direct charging. ✅ Many TV channels, including CCTV, Phoenix Satellite TV, Celestial Movies, as well as Korean and Japanese channels. ✅ The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable! ✅ There's a refrigerator, a bathtub 🛁, and a safe. ✅ Very thoughtful! Simple anniversary decorations + a cake (we saw it right when we checked in and opened the door ❤️). ✅ Hotel staff help open doors and carry luggage. ✅ The hotel is right next door (to the right), just a 5-minute walk to Pisang Keju Terowongan – very affordable and freshly baked! Overall, I'm still very satisfied with my second stay! The next time I visit Batam, I will definitely consider staying at Aston again! ❤️"

Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay."

"Good - looks nice, spacious, extremely comfortable bed and pillow  Need work - soundproofing especially in connecting rooms is poor.  Towels are dirty, old and thin. Pool towels is hardly available, sunchair is limited and mouldy. Breakfast - good variety, but many items are not hot when they should be."

"I enjoyed the accessibility to Grand ESKA spa. The breakfast buffet was simple yet enjoyable and delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciated the front desk team for remembering us by face and asking how our day was daily. The hotel was refurbished. Even though old, the bed was good, firm and new and room was kept clean. The lift was rather dingy but it still got us up and down safely. Lastly, i personally enjoyed the quiet corners of the hotel. Loved the fact that our level was “child free” hence there werent kids shouting in rooms. I love children, but the hotel’s particular policy of no child in the room type we booked was pleasantly surprising. Will returned. Note: spa experience was on point too."

"Lobby had a good ambience, receptionists were friendly and helpful, location was just next to batam ferry terminal which was so convenience for check in and check out. Room was complete with amenities. Pillow and bed were soo comfy. For rm160/night, this hotel deserved a 5-start review. Keep up a good work"

"I had a wonderful stay at HARRIS Hotel Batam Waterfront. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful waterfront views, making it a great place to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast had a good variety of local and international dishes, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well kept. The location is convenient if you’re looking for a quiet getaway while still being within a reasonable distance of popular attractions and the ferry terminal. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with excellent hospitality and good value for money. I would definitely recommend HARRIS Hotel Batam Waterfront to anyone visiting Batam, whether for a family vacation, a couple’s retreat, or a business trip. "So much fun, I'll definitely come back! The room was very spacious with a comfortable sea view. Breakfast was excellent, and there was a BBQ by the pool on the weekend. I read all the reviews on Ctrip, but none mentioned the prices here. Turns out the BBQ was only about 130 RMB, which is an amazing deal! The water activities are even cheaper: kayaking for about 70 RMB and paddleboarding for 220 RMB for 15 minutes!"

"The hotel boasts five-star service facilities and a great location in the city center. Across the street, there's a basketball court perfect for a stroll. The rooms are clean, but the breakfast was disappointing – not very tasty, with limited options, and too crowded. I specifically booked this hotel for its gym, and it definitely delivered; the gym is really spacious and clean."
