"We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and we enjoyed our special day as a married couple. Actually it's our second stay here, our first stay in this hotel was last year we booked the onsen garden room as a surprised birthday gift for my sister-in-law and I remember the two Bellman who helped us for our things from our check-in until check out I think they were Nelson and Gene and that's why we came back because of the good service and kind staff and the second time we stayed we were not disappointed again to this hotel, from the check in there is Dennis who approached us and really assisted us from check in until we arrived in our room, I feel amazed when I saw that our room was decorated and has a beautiful view as what I requested. 🥰 We appreciated them so much!! From the time we started our stay there, there is also Winslou who made our stay so much easier because he is so friendly, he gave all our room request's and assisted us where can we find a cozy places, and also where to celebrate our dinner. To sum up everything, we had an amazing stay and we will surely be back here. ❤️"

"We stayed at the higher floor and gave us a really good view of the hotel. All my request for my family was accomodate to my liking. The place was clean and pleasant. The staffs are friendly specially Edward who helped us since day 1. I would highly recommend this place specially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. 👍👍👍"

"A 3D2N getaway. Convenient to Taipa Village. Nice room and bathroom is luxuries and vintage(the batheroom floor tiles are so pretty shell pieces.. Its quiet because half of the hotel is having a reno hence the price is low. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. 👍👍👍"

"The Junlong Hotel offers fantastic value for money. Although it's an older hotel, it's very clean, and the service is excellent. The soundproofing was particularly good, and we really appreciated them arranging adjoining rooms for us. It's also very conveniently located for public transport, including buses and the light rail. A delightful surprise was the hotel's morning dim sum – it was incredibly delicious and brought smiles to our whole family! We love Macau and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Free luggage storage was an added convenience. Overall, it was a superb experience; the hotel is well-maintained, spotless, and has a welcoming atmosphere."

"I am very happy with my stay at the Golden Crown China Hotel. Highly recommendable. Just 1-minute walking distance from the Departure Area of Macau International Airport. My room was cleaned every day. I stayed at Room 1308. I had a wonderful view of the sea and the airport. :-) And on my last day, I left my luggage with the hotel staff for 6 hours after checking out; no need to pay 80 MOP to secure your luggage at the airport. You have many good choices for transportation. You have LRT (already connected to the hotel), casino buses (they are free, from what I heard), taxis, etc."

"We were served by a friendly & helpful front desk staff named Oscar. Our rooms were upgraded to a room with Macau Tower view complimentary upon arrival. Hotel is located uphill so it can be a bit of a walk if you have luggages with you. There is a bus stop nearby the hotel. Hot water is consistent. All in all a comfy stay."

"Treasure hotel is such a gem. My room is huge for Macau standard and I have the beautiful view of the airport... transportation is super convenient... Airport is just across the street..less than 5 min walk Mrt n buses next to airport."

"The traffic flow in the hotel was very high; hard to get the staff’s attention or flag for help. Fontana was no longer serving lunch or dinner buffet. Instead a summer Italian a la carte menu was available. Food was decent. Cleanliness level wS not always up to our except actions and the service was delayed."

And so I am excited to share details about her amazing staycation in Yoho Treasure Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic. As soon as we arrived to the hotel, the bellboy named Claro (as usual) greeted us warmly and promptly took care of our luggage. He was so friendly and efficient - it really set the tone for our stay. The check-in process with Lisa at the front desk was a breeze. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, answering all of our questions about the hotel's amenities and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful view overlooking the beauty of Macau (Hotel Lisboa and Grand Lisboa Hotel) Overall, our staycation at the Yoho Treasure Hotel was an absolute delight. The combination of the elegant accommodations and exceptional service from the staff (shout out to Claro, Lisa) we won't forget. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.
