"We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was fantastic as there were a lot of dishes to choose from not to mention the hotel’s accessibility to the shopping malls. Just one thing that we think might need improvement— the coffee at the breakfast area. The lady Barista who seemed to be the supervisor served us terrible coffee. We opted to have it from the coffee bar even if there were automatic coffee machines around, coz we wanted Oatmilk latte. (we are very much particular about our morning coffee) But she prepared it without paying attention — using the same frother cup with dairy milk!😌- Oatmilk not frothed enough- latte had lots of bubbles and was watery. (even the coffee cup had spilled coffee and I had to wipe it myself) it seems like a Little thing but should be given proper attention and service as this is Grand Hyatt Beijing."

"The hotel is quiet and boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw from the subway station. Right across the street, you'll find a fantastic Beijing-style savory pancake restaurant, and a popular coffee shop is conveniently situated right outside the entrance. Everything you could need is incredibly convenient, with a fruit store, supermarket, and pharmacy all within easy reach. Our family of five enjoyed a prolonged stay here and had a wonderful experience. It was truly peaceful and comfortable, and we'll definitely be returning."

"On a layover in Beijing, I chose Cordis Donghai as usual – and this time, it was even more exceptional! Before checking in, I contacted the hotel and mentioned to the front desk that I'd appreciate a late checkout to get some rest. Jessie was incredibly accommodating; she assured me she'd make a note. Upon my arrival, Jessie had already prepared a suite for me and extended my checkout time to 2 PM. She understood that, being tired from my layover, I needed that extra time to rest comfortably. This whole request was handled so smoothly and warmly – I didn't even have to follow up, she simply remembered my needs. I'm already a returning guest, but after experiencing such attentive service from Jessie, there's no doubt I'll be choosing Cordis Donghai again for my next layover!"

"Highly recommended! This location is excellent. The room is very BIG, fitting for two people and two large suitcases. The tea in the room is very great!! The lobby is a bit small. The staff is friendly, though they don't speak English; using Google Translate is the best way to communicate. This water town is very beautiful. You should spend 1-2 nights here to visit the Great Wall both during the day and at night, as it's stunning at both times. Overall, it was great, and I'll be back."

"Our experience here has been fantastic. For the past two years, my girlfriend and I have celebrated Qixi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day) at The Westin Chaoyang, and it's been perfect every time. We love the beautiful views of the Sanyuanqiao Embassy District from the window. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly thoughtful and even helped us decorate the room and arrange for red wine, making it extra special. We're already planning to spend every future Qixi Festival here at The Westin!"

"Due to the high demand, the room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 2pm. The staff were too busy with many customers that did not take care of the customers emotion when there was no available room. Making the first impression and experience unpleasant. Staff also did not tell me where the breakfast dining was or tell me anything regarding the hotels services. The room is quite spacious, but the view was not ideal. Looking down you can see directly to a trash/waste disposal station!!"

"Traveling with my elderly parents and children, I carefully considered many options and ultimately decided on the Hilton. The location is simply unbeatable; stepping out, you're right at APM and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. Nicole at the front desk noticed we were traveling with seniors and kids and kindly upgraded us to a suite, making the check-in process smooth and speedy. I stayed here for three days, and the breakfast quality and ambiance were both excellent. Every staff member we encountered, whether at the front desk, restaurant, or baggage service, was incredibly nice and patiently answered all our questions. Due to our child's competition, we had to check out for a night in the middle of our stay. When my grandmother returned alone early one morning to check in again, Nicole looked after her every step of the way. Even my usually particular grandmother was deeply moved by her kindness. This hotel absolutely deserves a glowing review; our experience was truly exceptional. For our next family trip, we'll definitely choose this hotel again."

"I've stayed in numerous hotels during my many business trips to Beijing, but the Conrad truly stood out. It's not about flashy opulence, but rather an understated luxury where every detail is meticulously thought out. Its superb location was the first pleasant surprise. It's a mere 40-minute drive from Capital Airport (traffic permitting) and perfectly situated in the heart of the Sanlitun district, just a 5-6 minute walk to the subway. My initial concern about noise, given its central location, quickly vanished. The soundproofing is excellent; once the windows are closed, it's a world of peace and quiet. The surrounding area offers an abundance of dining, entertainment, and shopping. For someone like me who appreciates convenience, having numerous options for a night out or a casual meal within walking distance is an absolute blessing. The lobby design is impressively elegant. The front desk staff's smiles weren't just professional; they exuded genuine warmth. Check-in was also very efficient. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the CBD skyline, and on a clear day, you could even spot the Zun Tower. The room itself was spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, almost cocooning, ensuring I woke up refreshed, without any aches or pains. I particularly appreciated the bathroom's dual vanity design, which is convenient for two people to get ready simultaneously. I must commend their breakfast offerings. The Eggs Benedict, in particular, were cooked to perfection. The hotel's pool and gym were my daily go-to spots. The 25-meter heated pool was rarely crowded, and I often had a lane all to myself. The service details are where they truly excel. I accidentally left a shirt behind during check-out, and the hotel not only safely stored it but also proactively arranged for a courier to send it back to me. This level of service, which far exceeded my expectations, truly embodies the feeling of 'home away from home'. The Guest Relations team was also extremely responsive to all requests throughout my stay. Considering its prime location and exceptional service, the value for money is truly excellent. It has now become my first choice whenever I visit Beijing, and I've already recommended it to several business partners, all of whom have given positive feedback. In summary, if you're looking for a place where you can both work efficiently and completely relax, I wholeheartedly recommend the Conrad. It strikes a perfect balance between business and leisure. I will definitely choose it again on my next trip to Beijing. That's probably the magic of a truly great hotel – it effortlessly turns you into a repeat guest."

"We chose this hotel based off reviews and we were not disappointed. The location was great as were the amenities. There were staff members that spoke very good English which was helpful. I was aware from reviews that the apartment was dated and yes it definitely needs an upgrade, it’s a shame as because the room is old looking it looks like it could be dirty but the lovely cleaners do a daily cleaning routine and it is definitely not dirty. The washing machine/dryer was one of the reasons I chose this hotel as we’d been travelling so it was nice to get my washing done before coming home. The shower had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast catered mainly for the Chinese people which is fine as there was enough choice for us westerners. We also booked the hotel for the pool sadly our schedule didn’t allow the time to enjoy. Check out was at 12pm but we had a night flight. It was nice to be able to use an area to have a shower to freshen up."

"Location  The hotel is located in the center of town and close to the entrance to the Simatia wall just 3 minutes walk from the hotel also the hotel was very quiet and very clean the staff were very friendly. The breakfast is a little bit Chinese style liked another hotel in Beijing. The view from the hotel was very beautiful and around there too. If you like something easy and relaxing I would recommend it. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit china."
