"This was my first time staying here, and I was very unsatisfied with the experience. Check-in took an incredibly long time, and I had to wait quite a while. The customer service staff also seemed unfamiliar with the procedures and hotel information, which really impacted my overall experience. The bathroom in the room was extremely small, barely enough space for one person. The shower area was also surprisingly tiny, with very limited room to move around. Overall, the comfort of the accommodation was okay, the bed was decent. If you're planning to spend all your time gambling and not in the room, then it's absolutely fine."
