MMystery solvedThe stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, casino and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful family vacation here! 🥰 The rooms were spacious and clean, the weather was cool and pleasant, and the surroundings were peaceful and green. The kids absolutely loved the facilities, especially the heated pool – it was fantastic! The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful 👍. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, highly recommended!

GGuest UserGreat! A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were friendly and we got a room with a nice mountain view. The room was spotless, comfortable and there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby. Drawback was a few cancelled trips from Grab, who were not willing to go up Genting, but nevertheless we still managed to get a ride.

GGuest UserOverall very good and clean rooms. The soundproofing is not great. Breakfast is good. There is water machine to refill water. There are ample parking at the hotel, only thing was when late night the parking and parking lift lobby has all the lights switched off. This is not ideal and could be dangerous to guests.

AAnonymous UserEverything was good. Nice clean room. Decent gym. Looking for my room at first was confusing however. My room was on the 23A floor on the C block. I went to the 23rd. The reception guy could've stressed that it's on ”23A”. How many times do people go to the ”23A” floor & expect everyone to just get it?? Those at the receptionist counter, here's a free advice, train more & learn how to be more courteous & know how to offer an apology to customers

GGuest UserHi, the price was great and included breakfast. However, the breakfast menu was quite disappointing. The front office service was excellent—there was a staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was especially helpful. The maintenance team was also superb. However, it was quite frustrating when we were already tired and the room’s electricity kept tripping repeatedly, and we eventually had to change rooms. Initially, there were no towels provided as well. Overall, it was an okay stay.

GGuest UserWe booked 5 rooms and spent a while to sort out the check-in on the self-service terminals, and subsequently had to seek help from the counter staff when there were some mixed-ups. Being Genting, there are ceiling fans instead of air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThis is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below. 1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable. 2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it. 3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.

AAnonymous UserWe had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting. Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked. We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason. Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out. Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,
