"客觀一點講： 環境：沒得説，重新裝修後是面朝大海春暖花開的感受，樓下就是海泉灣遊樂園，穿個泳衣出屋就可以泡澡了，不想去外面泡還可以在屋裡泡，而且挑高非常高，感覺四五米有了，絕對是值得的海景房，這點比皇冠好些。 衞生：新裝修的，臟不到哪去，但離滿分也有點距離，4.5吧。 服務：客房阿姨人都很好，很熱情温暖，我們需要多兩瓶水也立刻給我們拿過來了。前台吧，人太少了，偌大一個四星級酒店，前台衹有一個窗口，又要顧進出閘機，又要顧入住，根本忙不過來，而且時長三四家一起辦入住，等得讓人心焦，辦個入住得做好花20分鐘的準備。 設施：可以説智能化很好了，屋裡的小度可以控制燈光、窗簾、開關電視等等，還可以給孩子唱催眠曲，很適合帶娃。早上拉開窗簾，温暖的陽光加上小度清新的晨曲，洗個澡，特別有度假的感覺。 不足的： 1.屋裡有除濕機，但建議配個小米空氣凈化器。新裝修的味道還是挺重的，想通風吧，屋裡除了通往陽台的門，沒有其他的透氣窗，出於美感，朝海一面的玻璃都不是窗户，陽台門也沒有設定紗窗，久開容易進蚊蟲。帶孩子來的最好帶上驅蚊噴霧。中央空調裏的空氣也不是那麼新鮮。 2.吃個早餐要走一千米。早餐時我很不幸的到了皇冠才發現自己沒帶餐券，又千里迢迢回去取了一趟餐券，吃完一看微信步數已經三千了。雖然和温泉近在咫尺，但每天步數輕輕鬆鬆過一萬，因為客房是個半圓，到哪兒都遠。 3.退房要求在中午12點前，過一個小時要加138塊錢，這是入住説明上寫的，不知是不是真這麼執行的，但確實讓我們玩得不夠盡興，心中總有個警鈴在響。 房間是真的很美，下回在皇冠和這裏之間選擇，我還是會選擇這裏。"

"I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at Holiday Inn Express HuangDao. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. A special thank you to Frank, the hotel manager, for his warm hospitality and attention to detail. It was clear he genuinely cares about every guest's experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted by Eric, Suzy, and Eva at the front desk. They were all incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Their helpfulness made settling in a breeze, and they were always available for your needs. My room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything spotless during my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping mall and 24 hours grocery shops are just few steps away from hotel. Plus, the on-site dining was excellent—breakfast each morning was a delicious start to the day and most attraction for me is the self service coffee maker at hotel lobby, thats make my very day fully charge after a cup of double espresso. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you again to Frank, Eric, Suzy, Eva, and the entire staff for making my trip so memorable."

"Only stayed one night. Unfortunately I had to endure a cold shower. There was no hot water in my room. The hot food breakfast options, including the coffee in the buffet breakfast were all lukewarm. No refund provided as the manager wasn’t there on check out. Disappointing stay."

"Sorry I didn’t get photos of the room but it is so beautiful and the hotel is really cute with lots of teddy bears! The food is great I’ve eaten in the restaurant downstairs before and it is such a cozy atmosphere. You can see the sea clearly from the bathroom and the bathtub is huge!!! The service staff are very friendly and accommodating upgrading my room and giving late checkout for free! 10/10 I will tag here again!"

"I was probably off season , the hotel is not really prepare to work. The staff was very helpful but you have to go out for breakfast and dinner in another nearby hotel. The room are big but cold in winter and not equipped. There is not even cups to make tea."

"This hotel was older, but it had a certain elegance to it, albeit somewhat faded. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable, quiet, clean and tastefully decorated. They even had a guy show me to my room and they brought a fresh fruit tray to my room every evening. Checking-in was smooth and fast, and I also extended my stay for two more days quite easily. The food in the cafeteria for breakfast was not that good, however. Even at 7:20am the food was all old and cold. There were some problems with the bathroom in my room as well. The bathtub leaked and got water all over the floor. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all of the way, which got water all over the floor too. Also, the water never got hot in the shower, although the water did get hot in the sink and the bathtub. Overall a nice place to stay, but they need to update some of their facilities."
