"We arrived at night but the boy on front desk was so rude demanded 100 dollars as deposit or should give them 5 star rating at the time of check in even though we didn’t get the room on that time how can we give them 5 star rating… And when we entered the room there’s no electricity I have to go call them so many times then the boy came and he had no manners as he was using his phone in our room after the electricity issue was resolved!!! Pathetic"

"Photos were taken before checking-out cause i forgot to take some when i arrived in my room.. everything is better in this room than the kne that i got the day before.. it has more stands and interiors which i think is a bit of a level up considering that we booked the same thing cause we need to extend our stay in PP for a day.. the only downside is the drainage in the shower wasn't draining the water on the floor, so it causes a flood while taking a shower.."

"First, we checked in to a room the aircond was only blow warm air, and bathroom only provides one toothbrush. We then requested to change to another room. This second room the aircond is perfect except for room amenities, again there’s nothing provided except for towels. I have to request room service to refill what is necessary. Second and third day, they clean the room but without replace amenities. When I asked the cleaner, she told me I have to call to request. Anyway, I did not call to ask for replace shower cap, body lotion and facial cotton for the next 2 days. I personally felt that the hotel should provide and replace all basic amenities daily. First time I felt so disappointed after so many times stay here."

The microwave was clean. The only drawback was the washing machine. The filter was not cleaned and made my clothes dirtier. See the pictures. Otherwise, it was perfect."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience.
Pros: The swimming pool is absolutely lovely, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind.
Cons: I would have preferred to have a full-length mirror in the room, as it’s always helpful to check your outfit before heading out.
It would also be nice to have a stand for my luggage instead of putting it directly on the floor, which can be inconvenient.
One downside of the pool is the lack of privacy. There’s a restaurant located just one floor above, and it feels a bit awkward knowing that diners can see me swimming. It takes away from the relaxing vibe, as it feels like I'm part of their entertainment.
Overall, while the pool is a highlight, some improvements could enhance the overall experience."

"The location is great, 3km or 10 min by car to airport. The hotel design looks like Bali Island or Puket. The Room is big and decoration is nice. Breakfast is good, Cambodian Noodle and Western Breakfast. Staff are friendly. There are some modern coffee shops at outside of Hotel. There is a Supermarket which accepts WeChat Pay. A Traditional market is behind the hotel. I walked around the hotel and do not feel any safety problems.

"Location is good with restaurants around the apartment. It is near Aeon Mall too. No issues with the cleanliness. Well maintained. Most set-breakfast were freshly cooked upon ordering, and we enjoyed delicious breakfast a the roof-top restaurant. Thumbs up for the customer service."

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel. Very reasonable price yet excellent service. Breakfast is superb. Fine dining vibe not buffet but you get to order everything in the menu until you have enough. Egg Benedict is my favorite. I will always stay in this hotel every time i visit phnom penh. Near all the restaurants and tourist attractions. There is night market in front of hotel every weekend. My son and i had the best experience given the short stay after marathon.

CCaroZimThis was our second stay at Le Botum. We were upgraded to a family room which was a lovely surprise as it was quite a bit larger and higher up than the original room we had booked - it also had a nice balcony with a great view of the Mekong. The rooftop pool and restaurant have stunning views of the Phnom Penh although the food in the restaurant is very average is is overpriced for what it is. The location of the hotel is very central.

IIlvaplevoirThe hotel is located is a very nice location. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Friday night it can get really noise and you listen all the music from outside the hotel. The breakfast is ok, they have several dishes on the menu. The pool does not have much privacy.

EErik StawAll good except for a particular approach to customer’s finances. I asked them for anti diarrhea medication and hotel staff said that they didn’t have it but they could buy it for me. They sent a security man upstairs but we couldn’t communicate. I used a translation software to say that I wanted one box. They left and never came back. Later I found that he needed money from me to buy the medication. Seriously??? The hotel didn’t have few measly dollars to use to buy the meds?? And then of course add this money to out hotel bill. They had our 20 dollar deposit anyway. Not good to offer help and then screw it up.

GGuest UserMy stay for 4 nights were great. The room was clean and very comfortable bed. The service is good and the staffs were very attentive. The location is walking distance from Central Market and Sorya Center Point and very convenient to buy your daily needs. The breakfast they offer was across the street only, in their main hotel. I recommend to everyone to stay in this hotel when you visit Phnom Penh.

RRon Joshua LowStayed at Ostro from 19th to 21st Mar. Had a really pleasant stay. My only complaints are that there was no fridge in the room and the shower had little water flow. What made up for the service was the Front Office Night time Receptionist. She was really friendly to my friend & I, she even treated us to a glass of beer on our last night. The day time receptionist was also really friendly & greeted with a smile each time. Such gestures are what make me come back to such establishments!

GGuest UserA lovely traditional Cambodian style hotel. The young staff are friendly and enthusiastic. There’s lots of wooden features and a wildly over cluttered lobby. The laneway leading to the hotel can be a little dodgy and littered with rubbish. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and quite good with plenty of choices. The rooftop pool and restaurant are both lovely and the service and food were appreciated. My room seemed fine but there’s no powerpoint near the bed and the shower set up is weird. Do house staff ever check the batteries in the TV remote? No balcony as stated in the Trip booking. Avoid the over charging Tuk Tuk drivers out front and call a GRAB for better value transportation.

We asked for half boil egg, they gladly do for us. All staff from the front desk to the breakfast, helpful and friendly. Facilities only a pool but that is not what we go for so is fine. We ae happy with this hotel.

孟孟I haven't eaten breakfast before. It's okay to live alone. The capsules you ordered are not hot. It's a bit boring. There is hot water, but no slippers. There are breakfast and dinner at the door, not expensive. Overall it's not bad. The low-priced room can't be booked now, so we can live in another place.
