RS II Guesthouse

Horrible. Only one power outage in the entire room worked. Was overrun with ants!!!!

+ Good location, wifi, fridge, ac - Room looking old, no elevator

This time it was not ok, I got a room without a view (somewhere in the back, 1st floor)....even though I had paid about $7 extra (for the 3 nights) to have a "balcony" as they say on the 2nd-3rd floor (view from the room) The room was ok, but the $7 extra I paid was for nothing.. Instead of 1 double bed and some extra space in the room, there were 2 beds - you couldn't even move between them. The bedding was clean but old and looked terrible.

Going up on the 3rd floor with a suitcase is very hard because no one will help you but the view is nice.

Honestly regretted getting this hotel in the first few minutes there. The room didn’t look clean at all and the air conditioning in my room didn’t work, it was more like a weak fan. The bedding looked dirty and I would’ve cancelled the stay if we weren’t there for just a few nights. If you can, do pay the little bit extra for a better place, I wish I had. (Despite all of the negatives the hotel did have a pretty good location and view)

A horrible and unsafe stay. the room was dirty with bugs and stained sheets. However, the biggest issue was safety: someone attempted to enter my room at 3 PM. Even after I shouted for them to go away, they kept trying to open. It was genuinely terrifying. I tried to contact the reception, but no one was responding. In the morning, I saw who was trying to open my door from the security camera footage. Please be careful and avoid staying here.

Reception behaviour so rude and behaviour not good, even I can book trip com 10$ but he charge me 15$ it's really bad behaviour.not talk good also

"I had a terrible experience at RS II Hotel. The room was in complete disrepair; the air conditioning was broken, making the room uncomfortable, and the washroom door was broken and wouldn't close properly. However, the worst part was the attitude of the staff. When I complained to the responsible person and asked to move rooms, I was met with rude, unprofessional behavior. He literally told me, "Every room is the same, all rooms have broken things." It is unacceptable for a hotel to knowingly rent out broken rooms and refuse to fix them. There is zero maintenance here and the management does not care about guest comfort. Do not waste your money here

All what you can expect for that price, pretty good condition I believe. Just the air cond that it stuck on one exhaustion mode and doesnt react to temperature selection. Beside that it was correct. Of course it doesnt look like the photo, at all.
