Hotel KVL has a lovely atmosphere and a great overall ambience. Although the area outside can be quite noisy, the room itself was surprisingly quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. The bed quality was excellent and very comfortable, and the L’Occitane bathroom amenities were a particularly nice touch. Everything in the room felt well considered and made the stay feel a little more special. Service was attentive and welcoming throughout. I also really appreciated the selection of welcome drinks, including options like beer. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great attention to detail.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful atmosphere, cleanliness, modern facilities, and especially the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. The whole place has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. What makes ActivateC3 really special is the staff — professional, kind, respectful, and always ready to help. The service is outstanding and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Cambodia! 🇰🇭❤️

Phnom Penh 51 Hotel & Residences delivers excellent value for a 4-star stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were consistently warm and polite, making the entire visit feel effortless. Breakfast was solid and dependable, and the central location near the Royal Palace is a real bonus. If you’re after a comfortable, well-priced 4-star hotel in Phnom Penh, this one is a good choice.

I stayed twice at this beautiful hotel in August 2026. The rooms are really good with a nice view. The rooftop pool is incredible and the staff are very kind. The breakfast is good and very hearty. I recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is safe, comfortable, and conveniently situated in the Riverside district. It has a good cost performance (i.e. price-to-quality ratio). Not everything is perfect, but the staff makes up for it, they are friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Nita who is fantastic, she is the nicest person and she helped me with all my requests). I originally booked a basic room until I found out a few days ahead the room had no window (I did not read the description carefully enough), so I upgraded for a “standard double room” with window. The first room I moved into did not have hot water. The hotel was not able to fix it, so eventually they moved me to another room where the hot water worked, which was great. The room did not have a chair and desk, but I asked the staff and they brought one. At some point, Nita helped me arrange a laundry load. It was done overnight and cost 3 dollars, so it seems the laundry is outsourced to a nearby business. At night, the street can be a little loud, there are many bars, KTVs and nightclubs located here. But it did not bother me, I could sleep through it easily. Many of the bars have hordes of pretty women who, beginning at dusk, sit outside and come ask you to drink with them. They get your attention by shouting “hello”, “come here”, “handsome” and “bong” (mister) as you are walking by. In any event, this did not bother me, I never actually felt harassed and could come and go the hotel as I pleased. The description mentioned the room would have a minibar, but my room didn’t have one. Probably I could have asked for it, but I realized I didn’t need one. One morning, there was a visit by the police, they were checking visas and passports from all foreign hotel guests. This was unexpected, but it went smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would probably come here again. Not everything is perfect, but I give it 4.5 stars (4 stars for the price/quality/location plus an extra half-staff bonus for the staff, especially Nita).

The room was clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. Nice hotel, comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast included. Polite staff. I arrived from the airport at 7:00 a.m., and reception said check-in wasn't until 2:00 p.m. (The website says 10:00 a.m.). They asked for an early check-in fee of $10.

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY
