Stayed at Ostro from 19th to 21st Mar. Had a really pleasant stay. My only complaints are that there was no fridge in the room and the shower had little water flow. What made up for the service was the Front Office Night time Receptionist. She was really friendly to my friend & I, she even treated us to a glass of beer on our last night. The day time receptionist was also really friendly & greeted with a smile each time. Such gestures are what make me come back to such establishments!

The location is superb. I was just arrive and couldn’t find the hotel as it’s located inside the bar. The staff is great that reach me out from the entrance.
You can find lot of food, drink anything like you need. It’s all walking distance. I’d love to stay here again. If you need a window. Because I’ve booked without window since I’m travelling alone. This is the 3rd time I’m staying in Phnom Penh… Solo traveller!!!

The place is ok ish. But the down stairs bar was a rip off. No wonder it was EMPTY . AND IT WAS NEW YEARS EVE.

It was the worst accommodation experience.
First of all, there was no hot water in the shower. Also, because of the location, there was a lot of noise outside.
Finally, I was woken up by a commotion in the hallway at around 3am, and then sex started in the next room. I wonder if they use this place as a love hotel.
I definitely don't recommend this place.

Came here for the second time but during high season.....noise pollution was quite obvious this time around from street level and other guests... Staff was friendly as always

The Hotel is located in a busy area of the Riverside. As to be expected there is noise from the street outside. If you are there to enjoy the bars and nightlife in the vicinity then this hotel is ideally placed. It a 2 minute walk to the River and there are bars and restaurants in every direction. The rooms are reasonably well presented but fairly basic.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor with a large selection of different cuisines. The food has improved greatly since I last visited. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, good value.
