The stay at Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel was remarkable. Received a call from the host (小李管家) while on the way to confirm my arrival time and needs. She even helped me arrange a driver to pick us up from the Huangshan North train station at a reasonable cost. Driver (李师傅) was friendly and gave us lots of tips while visiting Huangshan and we ended up using his services throughout the 3 days we were there. When we arrived, 小李管家 was right at the hotel entrance waiting for my for us and checkin into our rooms was a breeze. Rooms were clean with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Most impressive was the hotel layout and design which was very artsy and minimalist for a place like Hongcun. It was simply amazing! Me and my family especially loved the lobby and the coziness especially in front of the fireplace during winter. Hotel Location was within walking distance (200m) to Hongcun Ancient village and around 40mins drive to Huangshan mountain and around 1.5hrs drive to the Huangshan North Station or Tunxi Ancient Street. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives if they are planning to visit Huangshan one day!!!

My family and I (5 of us) recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay in Hongcun for two days and one night, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.

The service is good. When it rains, the store helps hold an umbrella and carry luggage. The room is just like the picture. The children sleep in the small attic. The adults are very satisfied downstairs. You can see the village view from the rooftop. There are a lot of delicious food at the door. The scenery is very beautiful!

Super good homestay, super good environment, super good boss, the most satisfying homestay on the trip from Jiangxi to Anhui. From the entrance to the homestay, there is a feeling of a village with a willow and a flower. The small yard is chic and beautiful. There are sinking seats in the yard to drink tea. The room is in log style. The design and transformation is not depressed at all. Sleeping at night is very quiet. The bed really has to be praised by my teammates. I am crazy to ask the proprietress to connect to the home and reprint! In addition, let’s talk about room supplies. I have never seen a homestay where Evian mineral water will be placed in a five-star hotel room, including disposable slippers, toothbrushes, bath products, etc. are of super good quality. In the words of teammates, I feel a little expensive before I move in. After staying, I feel that the price is super high. I have lived in many homestays and high-end hotels in the past few years. This is really a family worth my heart to write a good review and force it to everyone!

Bringing parents to Hongcun to play, it feels very good The boss picked us up at the south gate and took our luggage. He was very enthusiastic. The hotel is right next to the moon marsh, but it is not messy at night. There is a small balcony on the second floor. It is very comfortable to drink tea at night.

Beautiful house right in the center of hongcun. The place looks historical, the rooms are tidy, luxury linen, good water pressure and temperature. The lady made us great coffee which we were missing for days… breakfast was rich and very tasty. Everyone always had a smile on their faces and you could feel they were genuine. We would stay again, it made our stay in hongcun even more special! :) ❤️

The boss was very enthusiastic and picked us up at the station. It is more convenient to stay in a B&B in the scenic area and the location is easy to find. We live on the first floor. The only disadvantage is that it is not very soundproof. There is a lot of noise when walking around upstairs. Everything else is Good

We loved our stay at the Wangshan Panshui! Communication in English at the moment of booking was very efficient. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up at the train station and to drive us to Hongcun on our last day. The room we booked was really quiet and cozy. It was cold the night we arrived (understandable because we were the only guests at the hotel) but it got much more comfortable on the second day with the radiator heating on. The 2 owners are always available to help and meals (breakfast was included) are served in a restaurant nearby. All our meals were plentiful and packed with flavors. We didn't get to use the common spaces at the hotel because it was quite cold but we did spend some time in the gorgeous garden! We fully recommend!

First of all, we have to praise the owner of Minsu Hotel. He was very responsive to our requests. He helped us with our luggage, arranged carpooling, and asked us if we needed to change our supplies (because we stayed there for two consecutive days). Secondly, the decoration style of Minsu Hotel is also great. You can see the staggered eaves through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, and the quality of the toiletries is also very good. If there is any shortcoming, it is that the induction mirror is too sensitive. For girls who love to be pretentious, there is a lack of a makeup mirror and a full-length mirror.

The famous hotel is very new, the boss upgraded the room, there is a small yard, and the parking location is also informed in advance. The famous hotel has a terrace to dry clothes. The breakfast is also very refreshing. There are also a lot of food in the famous hotel. It is also very close to the entrance of Hongcun. It can be reached by walking about 300 meters.
