"Before check-in, the owner told me they'd arranged a shuttle service from the nearest car park. The guesthouse itself is super close to the main street, and the courtyard is beautifully decorated. They even offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to borrow! The rainy weather gave Hongcun a really atmospheric feel, and I even encountered a cute little cat on the way."

"The hotel arranged a car to pick us up directly from Huangshan Airport and take us to the hotel, which is located inside Hongcun village, right by the South Gate. The driver was very reliable. After he parked, the hotel butler was already waiting at the entrance to greet us, help with our luggage, and it was just a 1-minute walk to the hotel. From our room, we could even see the mountain views and the traditional Huizhou-style architecture with its white walls and black tiles. We stayed at this hotel for both of our two days in Hongcun. On the first day, we stayed in a King Room, which was incredibly cozy! On the second day, we moved to a Lake View Family Room, which featured a large window offering panoramic views of Nanhu Lake. Both room types have their advantages: the King Room is a bit smaller than the Family Room. Both rooms were very comfortable [heart emoji] and came equipped with a projector, central air conditioning, unlimited complimentary bottled water, and other essentials. This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's clean, hygienic, spacious, bright, and provides a safe and quiet stay. The hotel owners are all very welcoming and enthusiastic."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Hongcun. The rooms are clean, tidy, and feature very new amenities, including a full set of toiletries. The interior design is modern, yet the exterior maintains a traditional Chinese style, offering a comfortable blend of East and West. For its location in Hongcun, Anhui, the facilities are truly top-notch. The breakfast is well-designed and features a very traditional Chinese spread: congee, salted duck eggs, small siomai, mini steamed buns, steamed sweet potatoes, corn, side dishes, boiled eggs, and fruit. It's both nutritious and filling. The overall hotel service is also very good. My only observation is that the front desk staff likely don't speak English, which might pose a communication challenge for foreign guests. However, for domestic travelers, this is completely a non-issue. The small garden outside the breakfast area offers lovely views."

"When visiting Hongcun, I chose this guesthouse, and it was an excellent choice! Its location is superb, right by the Moon Pond, which is a core scenic spot. It's an old house with a lot of historical architectural elements preserved. My room was on the first floor and offered a lovely view of the small courtyard. The young couple who own the place were incredibly attentive. They explained everything clearly, helped with our luggage, and even offered pick-up and drop-off services at the bus station. For seniors, a day of sightseeing here is definitely enough, and we even caught the fish lantern performance in the evening."

"This Anhui-style resort hotel boasts a stunning environment, nestled amidst mountains and water, making you feel like you're living inside a traditional Chinese ink painting. The rooms are comfortable, the service is attentive, and the food is delicious. Its convenient location makes for an overall excellent experience. It's definitely my top choice for a vacation in Huangshan, highly recommended!"

"This guesthouse is in a great location, very close to the village entrance, and just a short walk from the scenic area ticket office. It's clean, hygienic, and has an antique charm that makes time feel like it slows down. The service is also excellent; they'll pick you up at the village entrance and inform you of important travel tips in advance. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth recommending!"

"My stay at the Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel was a mix of delight and slight inconvenience. The hotel's interior is beautifully designed, featuring many artistic elements that create a unique and charming atmosphere. However, there were some small design issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. One issue was the bed frame, which was positioned in such a way that it was easy to accidentally knock into it. Additionally, the courtyard rooms, while picturesque, were not directly connected to the main building, requiring a short walk, which was less than ideal during rainy weather. Furthermore, navigating the hotel involved quite a number of steps and uneven surfaces, which could be hazardous if one is not careful. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's overall ambiance and artistic flair made for a memorable stay. With a few adjustments, the Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel could truly shine as a top-notch destination."

"Location: The hotel is situated within the Xidi Scenic Area. Upon check-in, each room receives two complimentary adult tickets to Xidi, with each adult ticket allowing one child to enter for free. The tickets are valid for 3 days, meaning a family of two adults and two children staying here can enjoy free entry to the scenic area. Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities. The bathroom amenities and bedding are of good quality, and the decor has a charming traditional aesthetic. The complimentary items provided, such as the peach wood comb, toiletries, towels, and cotton-linen slippers, are all of high quality. It feels like you're bringing home a lot of lovely souvenirs after just one stay! Service: The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile and patiently resolving any issues. Breakfast is quite generous, and in the evenings, they even provide complimentary chilled mung bean soup and Bingfen (a local dessert) when you return to your room. Environment: The hotel is nestled amidst ancient architecture and traditional gardens. Staying here allows you to truly appreciate the distinctive black tiles, white walls, and blue bricks of Huizhou's ancient buildings. I only wish I could have stayed for a few more days!"
