GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right in the heart of the scenic area. The hotel also provides station pick-up and drop-off, making for a seamless and very convenient experience. Although it was my first time booking a B&B, I was truly impressed. As mentioned in other reviews, the service was outstanding, and responses were prompt. All staff members were incredibly attentive and helpful. The restaurant food was also delicious; I particularly recommend the roasted local pork chop. My only minor suggestion would be for the breakfast to offer a bit more variety. They also provide a thoughtful and considerate laundry service. Our butler even gave us a tour of the B&B's other facilities and courtyard, which was a very pleasant surprise. Just one suggestion: it would be great if the children's policy could be more flexible or accommodating. While our specific issues were resolved smoothly, an initially unaccommodating policy might deter many potential guests.

AAnonymous UserThis is the best hotel experience I have experienced in these years. I went to Huangshan and passed by Hongcun to find a B&B that I thought was pretty good. It turned out to be such a treasure! There were two young girls waiting enthusiastically in the parking lot. They took the initiative to upgrade the room type in the off-season. Surprisingly, the food in the hotel's own restaurant tasted so good. The yellow beef was roasted with cumin. When the window was opened in the morning, the mountain view on the room terrace was filled with smoke. The entire hotel Everywhere I see the hotel owner’s careful and arbitrary arrangements, I will inadvertently pass by some Go boards, swings, book bars, etc. The public area is much larger than the place where I live. We had breakfast outdoors, and the fields outside were filled with golden rice. Growing up in the countryside, I haven’t seen such plump millet for a long time. I still walk around the fields casually. It is said that if the season is right, I can take people to catch fireflies. This treasure hotel is definitely cheap and good. It is very suitable for friends, parents and children, or alone to relax and nourish the mind. , we also met the beautiful and natural proprietress who chatted with us a lot. The man in science and engineering has limited writing skills. We will definitely stay here again next time!

TThetraveler83We had a truly exceptional stay at Hongcun Nanhu View Garden. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with genuine warmth — the kind of hospitality that instantly makes you feel at home.
The hotel arranged our transfer from the train station seamlessly, and even helped us figure out the best way to reach our next destination. Every question we had, every small need — they were always there, smiling and ready to help.
The breakfasts were one of the highlights: homemade, authentic, and absolutely delicious. You can feel the love and care in every dish. The owner of the hotel and the entire staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly proud of what they do — and it shows.
Staying at Hongcun Nanhu View Garden was not just accommodation; it was an experience. Peaceful views, beautiful traditional architecture, and a team that goes above and beyond. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

AAnonymous UserTo be honest, I don't like staying in B&Bs. Most B&Bs are not very grand. They are just for making quick money, but they don't provide any service. The employees are usually just friends or relatives, or they are from the same village, so there is no service to speak of. I would like to talk about my feelings about staying in this hotel. I won’t talk about the accommodation environment for now. Holiday economy housing is definitely expensive. We took a shower first after we moved in. Because the B&B didn’t provide laundry detergent or something like that, I used shower gel to wash my clothes. After washing, I found that there were not enough bathing supplies, so I contacted the B&B to send a set. They replied that the toiletries we were equipped with were more expensive, so they only gave us one set. They said that if we needed more, we could only get toiletries of another brand. I suddenly felt uncomfortable. The accommodation fee was more than 1,000 yuan a night, and I didn’t know how expensive this set of toiletries was? Four small bottles of Evian water were provided, and we didn't feel comfortable asking for more after we finished them. What I want to say is that your service concept and the fees you charge don't match, because I have stayed in countless hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered such a thing. Secondly, the breakfast is very simple. Among the four side dishes, only the pickled vegetables were bought and the only one that was freshly made was the fried tofu. Also, I heard a guest wanted to ask the management for some fruit, but you refused. As a guest, it took her courage to ask you for something. Is there something wrong with your management model and business model? I wanted it to be high-end, but the service was not up to par. I'm so embarrassed that I really want to get it off my chest.

GGippiThe property is located in the heart of Hongcun, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the historic village on foot. As guests, you’re also entitled to discounted entrance tickets: just let the ticket office know you're staying here and they'll give you 50% off tickets. Room was exactly as in the photos, spacious, perfectly clean and featured a very comfortable bed and many accessories (bottled water, tv, haircomb, hairdrier, etc). The building’s traditional Chinese architecture was absolutely beautiful and on a rainy day, it created a wonderfully romantic atmosphere we will treasure forever in our memories. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They kindly met us to guide us to the hotel (since Apple Maps and AMaps can be a bit confusing in the area), provided umbrellas free of charge and even bring us back to the parking lot when we left. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hongcun!

CChi Kwan BrainThe hotel is a brand new one. Once arrived, the hotel reception staff served with a warm smile and generously grant us free breakfast for 2 mornings. Hotel renovation looks well and the room facilities are all modern and high tech. I was particularly impressed with its WCPan which has an auto washing services for buttock. The bed linen and flooring are clean well. Environment nearby is beautiful village scene where we enjoy having a lesuire walk there. All in all, it is a very good hotel which can make you relax even you just stay in the hotel. Ha one more that is the restaurant next to the hotel where one may enjoy delicious Chinese meals. The staff there are also very nice. Eating there is just like having meals at home. I am sure I will stay in Vienna again when next time I go to huangshan.

MM389520****I originally reserved a room for one day, but the boss was so kind and the courtyard was so beautiful. I stayed here for 4 consecutive days and I couldn't bear to leave. You can sing, eat, and fish in the small courtyard. There is a large area of rice at the door. The misty mountain is especially fairy. The surrounding area is very quiet. When you enter the village, there is a long and beautiful road with flowers, rice fields and mountain bosses on both sides. There are bicycles that you can borrow to ride and take pictures. It is really beautiful. The boss is really caring. The room is very comfortable and the facilities are complete. The bed is very comfortable and the toiletries are very good. Because it was raining and the clothes were not dry, the boss even took the dryer specially. There is also a toilet mat for babies in the room, which is very suitable for bringing children to play. The meals cooked by the aunt are also delicious, and the boss also gave the children fruits to eat and special products when they left. Knowing that we were going to Jingdezhen, the boss asked a friend to help us book a discounted hotel. When we left, he sent us to the car like a friend from afar. Mom and Dad also lived very comfortably and made friends with the boss and mom. They insisted that I stay for a few days when I came back from Jingdezhen, and I would take the children on vacation when I have time. My mother told me to write more good reviews 😄😄

MM221935****Five stars, highly recommended! The Banyan Tree Huangshan Townhouse was an amazing surprise.
The Anhui-style white walls and dark tiles are nestled among the green mountains, and opening the window reveals a picturesque ink wash painting. The environment is serene and healing. The one-on-one butler service was incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and had a great attitude, making the entire stay effortless. The room facilities were astonishingly complete: tableware, washing machine, oven, induction cooker – everything you could need. The capsule coffee machine and complimentary tea were an excellent bonus. The fresh, plump welcome fruit paired with a handwritten welcome letter added a wonderful touch of ceremony. The holiday experience was perfect, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe Pig’s Inn is a very cozy place that makes you feel like home. Bishan village is far away from the city so I asked the hotel for help with taxi arrangement. Manager Fang Xin (方鑫) gave me the contact to the driver who was always on time and gave me lots of tips about hiking up mount Huang. The room in the hotel was really clean and warm regardless of the very cold weather outside. The hotel staff is super nice, they waited for us with dinner till really late. As my family is really picky when it comes to food Pig’s Inn was a perfect place to eat dinner and breakfast as they made all the dishes according to the needs of my family. In the evening there was a huge spider in our room (came there suddenly), the nice woman form the hotel helped us to remove it from the room. Everything was perfect and our trip was really nice thanks to the Pig’s Inn ☺️

The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, including hot dishes, pastries, porridge, and fresh fruit; the ingredients were fresh, the flavors delicious, and the dining area clean and orderly. This was an absolutely flawless stay.
