Facilities: The proprietress upgraded the room type. There is a large bathtub by the window and a projector in the room. The facilities are very new and the experience is super good.
Hygiene: Very clean, beyond expectations
Environment: It is right after entering the south gate of the scenic area. It is very convenient next to Nanhu Lake. You can see Nanhu Lake directly from the window. There is also a viewing terrace on the top floor of the homestay, overlooking the entire Hongcun. It is the best camera position. It is really a good deal. The Hui-style courtyard is also very flavorful. If you are not in a hurry, you can really stay for a few more days. The breakfast is relatively simple, and the coarse grain porridge tastes good.
Service: The housekeeper will pick you up at the west gate, and he also helped to turn on the air conditioner in advance. It was warm when entering the room. Welcome fruits and refreshments were given, which was very good.

I went to Hongcun, a place I had always wanted to visit. I looked at it on Ctrip for a long time and was attracted by the lobby environment of this hotel. When I first arrived, I was really amazed by the bamboo at the gate. The environment of the hotel is absolutely 100 points. The housekeeper upgraded me to a tatami room for free. The whole hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, so much so that I still miss it after two days at home. There is also a projector in the public area of the hotel where you can watch movies. It is really comfortable to curl up on the sofa. If I go to Hongcun again, I will definitely choose this hotel. It is really very attentive~ By the way, the scenery of breakfast is really good. It is winter now and the leaves have fallen. I can't imagine how beautiful it will be in autumn. If you tell the aunt what you want to eat, she will serve it immediately. I really like it. And as long as you go back to the B&B, the front desk lady will greet you and say you are back, just like going home

The stay at Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel was remarkable. Received a call from the host (小李管家) while on the way to confirm my arrival time and needs. She even helped me arrange a driver to pick us up from the Huangshan North train station at a reasonable cost. Driver (李师傅) was friendly and gave us lots of tips while visiting Huangshan and we ended up using his services throughout the 3 days we were there.
When we arrived, 小李管家 was right at the hotel entrance waiting for my for us and checkin into our rooms was a breeze. Rooms were clean with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Most impressive was the hotel layout and design which was very artsy and minimalist for a place like Hongcun. It was simply amazing! Me and my family especially loved the lobby and the coziness especially in front of the fireplace during winter.
Hotel Location was within walking distance (200m) to Hongcun Ancient village and around 40mins drive to Huangshan mountain and around 1.5hrs drive to the Huangshan North Station or Tunxi Ancient Street.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives if they are planning to visit Huangshan one day!!!

Very nice hotel, perfectly located opposite of the Hongcun Scenic area. The staff was very welcoming and set up a Wechat group for infos and questions. Our room was very clean and cosy. The hotel has a free afternoon-tea from 2-5pm and you have to make a reservation in advance because the time seats are limited. It is located in a cost tea house. The tea and snacks served were nice and delicious. The outdoor pool was refreshing and clean, with a nice view. To Hongcun you can just take a 5 minute walk and leave the car at the hotel. There is also a Covid-Testing station directly next to the entrance of the Scenic area. For breakfast they had a big selection of local food, we really liked it. The only negative point we have to say that the tea in the morning tasted not good, they didn’t use filtered water, so it had a moldy old taste. All in all I can really recommend the hotel and would book it again. The location and the staff was really great!

I am not used to staying in private B&Bs, and I think it is good to see this kind of regular star hotel with a good environment. The location of the B&B is excellent, close to Nanhu Lake and Yuezhao, and quiet in the alley. The room design is warm and reasonable, clean and hygienic. The service is friendly and timely. The waiter provided a heater because it was cold and wet on the night of arrival, and also gave a souvenir when leaving. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The homestay is very close to the south entrance of the scenic spot. Self-driving cars stop at the south gate parking lot and walk for a few minutes. Next to it is Nanhu, you can walk to the center of the scenic spot just outside the homestay. The small courtyard is very clean and the layout is exquisite and beautiful. The four of us booked a duplex room and the two big beds were very comfortable to sleep. Before the check-in, the boss turned on the air conditioner for us in advance, and came to the parking lot to pick up the luggage. When we went back, we also sent it to the parking lot. We didn't worry about bringing the suitcase. The breakfast is quite rich, light and full. Huangshan has played Huizhou cuisine for a few days and eaten too much. The dishes fried by the owner of the hotel are delicious. A small fried taste is very good at will. The sauerkraut fried dumplings are particularly delicious, and the home-cooked tofu is also very fragrant.

AAolizhizhimashuThe owner of the B&B is very nice. He can pick you up when you go to Hongcun. The restaurant of the B&B is delicious. I really like the stinky mandarin fish and the braised spareribs (stinky mandarin fish lovers will be delighted). There are also many people who come to eat there. The only thing is that the room is a little damp during the rainy season. The air conditioning and floor heating are very powerful. The supporting toiletries are very complete. After checking out, there are also gifts. You can see that they are run with care. Overall, it is good and I will recommend it to my friends.

Unlike most hotels within the village, this hotel has conserved the architecture of the exterior and interior of the over 300 years old structure. It is well maintained with modern amenities and a nice manicured garden filled with bonsai plants. The Chinese breakfast was simple and nice. The menu has a good range of beverages and the food was good at reasonable prices.
The room we stayed was small but cozy. It is within the main building and just outside the room there is a reading lounge. It was quiet and hardly used while we were there.

SSuThis was a trip that I took my 86 years old mom to travel with me. After a long bullet train ride and shuttle ride, Banyan Tree Huangshan gave us a warm welcome by upgrading our room to a villa. The place is beautifully designed, nested in a valley with traditional Hui style building. Inside the rooms, they have the western style bedroom and bathroom comforts, but the deco is traditional Chinese arts with a modern twist, very elegant, not the tacky hotel chain style but details that fits the surrounding nature beauty. All the rooms and facilities are very clean, and service people are very nice too. We had the front desk clerk Sweet, who updated our stay and a room cleaning lady May Zhang who helped us with our needs. Very thankful to their help!
The outside garden design blends in with the surrounding mountains. They even have a petting zoo for visitors young and old.
We dined in their Chinese restaurant the first night. The foods were good but I won't say exceptional. For two of us, it was way too much in food quantity for one order. We felt bad to waste food this way. Wish they have had smaller choices. But their breakfast is very impressive.
And even though they are very close to Hong Village where the shuttle stops, they did not offer free shuttle which I think they should.
I highly recommend this place and will travel back with my other family members in the future.

我们天刚黑时到达， 很快感受到温暖贴心的服务。前台给我们免费升级房间， 让我们渡过了愉悦的两天。
早上在庭院里跑步是个美好的体验， 健身房也比一般希尔顿或是万豪好很多。
我们第一晚在饭店的中餐厅吃的，不错但没有特别让人印象深刻。早餐则不同， 选择非常多且很多精致可口的饭菜。
尽管他们离宏村很近但不提供免费接送，这样你从机场或是高铁站坐接送车到此，还需要打车或是付比打车高很多的车费到达悦榕庄。我个人认为这完全可以改进。
我非常推荐黄山悦榕庄，以后还会带其他家人来住。谢谢你们周到的服务！

XXuelangyiAs an authentic Huizhou native who left home when I was young, I came to Hongcun and met Zhang Gongguan for the first time, but I was amazed by the whole ink painting Qingming. After walking through the streets and alleys, I finally found the low-key house number. I opened a small door and opened a paradise. The antique Ming and Qing Dynasty old houses, restored in the Hui-style style, and simple and elegant furniture make people feel like they have traveled through time and space and returned to the prosperous ancient Huizhou of the past. In the front hall and back yard, the centuries-old mottled walls are paired with the black and white colors of Qingming rain, but it also has a sense of vicissitudes like ”in the old days, when kings went to the hall and swallows flew into the homes of ordinary people”, it was as if they were in a Chinese ink painting. This is an old house with a history of 300 years. It is located in the core scenic area of Hongcun. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to Moon Marsh. There are many types of guest rooms with different styles. Almost all of them feature Chinese retro style. The carved wooden beds, wooden couches and dressing tables are all antique designs. The calligraphy, paintings and porcelain in the room highlight the famous Hui school. The door is an antique wooden door latch. key. The facilities in the bathroom are absolutely high-end. Dyson hair dryers and Hermès bath products are both rich in history and considerate. The owner lives with his guests and has four cats, several courtyards, and a beautiful swimming pool. The guests can drink tea and relax while leaning on the garden view. The butler's service was extremely attentive. He asked about the soundproofing at night, prepared a heart-warming breakfast in the morning, took our luggage all the way from the parking lot to the CI, dragged our luggage up the narrow stairs of the old house, and used a small electric donkey to carry our luggage again before we left. Return to the parking lot. I want to say here that the wooden stairs in the old Hui-style houses are narrow and shaky, and the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good. GGuest UserThe Pig’s Inn is a very cozy place that makes you feel like home. Bishan village is far away from the city so I asked the hotel for help with taxi arrangement. Manager Fang Xin (方鑫) gave me the contact to the driver who was always on time and gave me lots of tips about hiking up mount Huang. The room in the hotel was really clean and warm regardless of the very cold weather outside. The hotel staff is super nice, they waited for us with dinner till really late. As my family is really picky when it comes to food Pig’s Inn was a perfect place to eat dinner and breakfast as they made all the dishes according to the needs of my family. In the evening there was a huge spider in our room (came there suddenly), the nice woman form the hotel helped us to remove it from the room. Everything was perfect and our trip was really nice thanks to the Pig’s Inn ☺️

CChi Kwan BrainThe hotel is a brand new one. Once arrived, the hotel reception staff served with a warm smile and generously grant us free breakfast for 2 mornings. Hotel renovation looks well and the room facilities are all modern and high tech. I was particularly impressed with its WCPan which has an auto washing services for buttock. The bed linen and flooring are clean well. Environment nearby is beautiful village scene where we enjoy having a lesuire walk there. All in all, it is a very good hotel which can make you relax even you just stay in the hotel. Ha one more that is the restaurant next to the hotel where one may enjoy delicious Chinese meals. The staff there are also very nice. Eating there is just like having meals at home. I am sure I will stay in Vienna again when next time I go to huangshan.
