The location is very good, near the ticket gate. Travel: The hotel provides carpooling service, and then a housekeeper will pick me up at the entrance of the scenic area and help me with my luggage. When I left, I planned to go to Hongcun Station to take a bus to Xidi. Because I was carrying children and luggage, the boss probably thought that I might not be able to catch the bus if I walked slowly, so he arranged for the housekeeper to help send me to the station. Accommodation: The room is very clean, with simple and modern decoration and air conditioning. After comparing other homes in the scenic area, I feel that this one should be the most comfortable. The room is close to the patio in the middle. If someone is talking outside, it is indeed a bit noisy. The boss posted a reminder and suggested that guests should not make loud noises after 22 o'clock. It was quiet after 9 o'clock during the stay. One suggestion is that it is better to install a door curtain in the bathroom as a backup, because it is not easy to change clothes in the shower room. Food: The breakfast is very homely, but it is rich in variety. Others: The boss thoughtfully prepared a map, marked the main attractions and nearby scenic spots, and also gave some itinerary arrangement suggestions.

This is an awesome elegant place with great location. We travelled from Singapore and booked 3 rooms, and everyone is very happy and impressed with the stay. Need to call (or weixin) in advance to arrange for a buggy transport into the village, helpful if you have heavy luggage! The service staff are friendly and approachable. They are thoughtful in providing tea souvenir when checking out. What mars the great experience was that on my return, realized to my horror that there is no tea in the Tea-box. So, carried a tea metal box across the ocean for nothing! Did not expect such a service slip for such a top-class hotel. Regardless, will still highly recommend this place if you plan to stay in the village.

The hotel has a sense of design and elegant color matching. It can be seen that a lot of thought has been put into it. The facilities are a bit old, but generally old but not broken. After visiting Hongcun, on a warm winter night, relax and feel comfortable in the public area. The room is spacious and clean. The rooftop can see the beautiful stars and fireworks in the distance. Breakfast includes homemade rice dumplings and dried bamboo shoots noodles, which are delicious and filling. A very satisfactory stay experience.

It is only a few dozen meters away from the main gate of the scenic spot! No need to drag your suitcase along the bluestone road! The proprietress will call me in advance on how to get to the hotel and inform me of the location of the B&B. She will also remind me that purchasing tickets on the mobile phone is cheaper than on site. Entering the scenic spot is very smooth and convenient. The room is fully equipped and the items are neatly placed. There are public areas on each floor of the B&B, where you can take photos and take photos. The light tea scent makes the environment great! Watching the light show is just downstairs at the Hu Wenguang Archway by the Mingjing Lake. The room is spacious enough, and it is comfortable and convenient for a family to travel. The nearby restaurant recommended by the boss is a restaurant in an old building. The taste is good and the price is not expensive. The boss picked up and dropped off in and out of the village, helped to carry the luggage, and gave souvenirs when leaving.

I booked this homestay because I am a huge fan of huizhou style architecture and surely the place didn't disappoint me. The design of the homestay rooms gives one that feeling of antiquity. Takes you back to the Ming Dynasty if you are a Chinese history buff. Also,there is a nicely designed small restaurant at the location. The food was great. Additionally,I enjoyed my overall stay because the owner was very hospitable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves idyllic antique designs.

The environment of this hotel is very elegant, quiet and comfortable, suitable for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The service attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, and the boss specially picked us up. After storing the luggage and going out for a walk, the boss also specially sent it to the door for us. My family and I (5 of us) recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay in Hongcun for two days and one night, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.

The B&B is very close to the south entrance of the scenic spot. You can park your car in the south gate parking lot and walk there in a few minutes. Next to it is Nanhu Lake, and you can reach the center of the scenic spot just by walking out of the B&B. The courtyard is very clean, with exquisite and beautiful decoration. The four of us booked a duplex room, and the two large beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Before checking in, the boss turned on the air conditioner for us in advance and came to the parking lot to pick up our luggage. He also sent it to the parking lot when we returned, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our suitcases. The breakfast is quite rich, light and filling. After visiting Huangshan for a few days, I ate too much Huizhou food. The food cooked by the hostess of the B&B is delicious. Any stir-fry is delicious. The stir-fried bamboo shoots with pickled cabbage are especially delicious, and the homemade tofu is also very fragrant. .
