The scenic spot is not big and easy to find. There is a very beautiful small courtyard, which is very quiet at night. The room is just like the photo, the furniture is made of solid wood, the hot water is very good, and there is a bay window where you can sit and watch the rain in the courtyard. Breakfast was at a restaurant with a high rating next door, and there was a cute cat. Prices are very cheap in the village. The bad thing is that the smell of grilled sausages from the opposite side comes to the yard.

When you arrive at the entrance of Hongcun, the store will pull a trolley to pick you up, because the road in Hongcun is not very friendly to the suitcase. The hotel is very close to the moon marsh. The room is clean and tidy, very new, the store service attitude is very good, and we are sent out of the village when we leave. We stayed for two days. The stay at Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel was remarkable. Received a call from the host (小李管家) while on the way to confirm my arrival time and needs. She even helped me arrange a driver to pick us up from the Huangshan North train station at a reasonable cost. Driver (李师傅) was friendly and gave us lots of tips while visiting Huangshan and we ended up using his services throughout the 3 days we were there. When we arrived, 小李管家 was right at the hotel entrance waiting for my for us and checkin into our rooms was a breeze. Rooms were clean with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Most impressive was the hotel layout and design which was very artsy and minimalist for a place like Hongcun. It was simply amazing! Me and my family especially loved the lobby and the coziness especially in front of the fireplace during winter. Hotel Location was within walking distance (200m) to Hongcun Ancient village and around 40mins drive to Huangshan mountain and around 1.5hrs drive to the Huangshan North Station or Tunxi Ancient Street. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives if they are planning to visit Huangshan one day!!!

The inn has very good and clean sanitary facilities, the room has a smart toilet, the price/performance ratio is very high, the front desk service attitude is enthusiastic, the location is superior, it only takes 1 minute to enter the South Gate, it is super convenient to enter and exit the scenic area, and the South Lake is not far away. There is also a courtyard outside the room, in the form of a quadrangle. What impressed me most was that the pillows and slippers of the inn were comparable to those of star-rated hotels and were very comfortable!!!

The B&B is very close to the south entrance of the scenic spot. You can park your car in the south gate parking lot and walk there in a few minutes. Next to it is Nanhu Lake, and you can reach the center of the scenic spot just by walking out of the B&B. The courtyard is very clean, with exquisite and beautiful decoration. The four of us booked a duplex room, and the two large beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Before checking in, the boss turned on the air conditioner for us in advance and came to the parking lot to pick up our luggage. He also sent it to the parking lot when we returned, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our suitcases. The breakfast is quite rich, light and filling. After visiting Huangshan for a few days, I ate too much Huizhou food. The food cooked by the hostess of the B&B is delicious. Any stir-fry is delicious. The stir-fried bamboo shoots with pickled cabbage are especially delicious, and the homemade tofu is also very fragrant. .

The courtyard is really quiet in a bustling city. The landlady is very enthusiastic and talkative. When we talked about us coming from Jiaxing, she said that she had worked in Jiaxing for five years and made pastries in the cafeteria of Jiaxing University. She also talked about Nanhu and Wenchang Road, and was very cordial. With the development of Hongcun's tourism industry, I returned to the village in 2013 to run a homestay. In order to provide a better homestay experience, I renovated the homestay again in 2023 and reduced the number of rooms. This is what my two children said was the best homestay experience on this trip to Huizhou. The 1.5-meter twin bed room has a desk for doing homework, a clean and tidy bathroom, and floor heating that was turned on in advance. The children still remember it very much.

I suddenly wanted to go to Hongcun for a tour. I booked a hotel on Ctrip the night before I went there. I chose this hotel because the room area was the largest among the available options and it had floor-to-ceiling windows. After checking in, I found that it was completely beyond my imagination. The most unexpected thing was the butler Wang of the homestay. After receiving our order, he contacted me to help us contact a car from Chengkan to the hotel. Because I was prone to motion sickness and the whole journey was on a mountain road, butler Wang also thoughtfully helped us choose a more stable oil truck driver. The most unforgettable and fascinating thing for me was that my beloved gourd bracelet was lost when I put down my luggage and just went out to play. I couldn't find it after searching for more than half an hour. After hearing about it, Butler Wang calmed me down first. He not only helped me go out to look for it, but also took us to the shop selling gourd handicrafts in Hongcun to see if there was the same one. After knowing that I didn't like it, he helped me contact the vehicle in Chengkan, and brought me another one exactly the same from Chengkan. This attentiveness and warmth made the soul feel at home. Butler Wang provided us with thoughtful and comprehensive services throughout the whole process, and we received meticulous care. We have agreed to come again next time, not only for the moving scenery, but also to meet Butler Wang who is as hot as fire. The taste of the hotel's restaurant made the two of us praise it endlessly, and it was endless aftertaste. It provides tourists with more satisfaction in terms of dishes, taste and price than the hotels outside Hongcun.

I went to Hongcun in the off-season. I visited the village during the day and stayed here at night. I lived here safely and had a good meal. When the weather was sunny, the floor-to-ceiling windows could watch the sunset. One day I saw the crescent moon. The female boss is kind, cheerful and talkative. The cats she raised (named Xiaohongcun), white rabbits and gray rabbits are very cute. The cats are well-behaved and the rabbits are alive and well-healed. There is a bonfire in the yard at night, hot tea, and cold winter is very suitable. I didn't do a strategy before I went. I received a call from her before I arrived at the high-speed rail station and could help arrange carpooling. After I arrived, there was a housekeeper to pick up and drop off at the bus station. After I checked in, I shared the strategy with me. I basically walked around according to her strategy and came to an in-depth tour. When she was not busy, she also took me to Tachuan, Lu Village, county and other places to wander around. It was a particularly good guide, really great! I wish her business is booming and prosperous.

I chose to travel during off-peak hours and visit Hongcun with my family. This hotel was recommended by my friend. It was indeed right for my friend to carefully select it.
