This accommodation experience was absolutely amazing! From the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk to the thoughtful service in the guest room, the whole process was well taken care of. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with nearby food and attractions. Next time I come here, I will choose this one!

One of the best services I've experienced in any hotel globally. And this is coming from someone who travels constantly and has lived in hotels for the last 2+ years. The team were always smiling, so friendly and approachable. I spoke to Miss Zhong Zhong often who was delightful, helping with anything and everything. The rooms are very clean, laundry room is very convenient and the garden restaurant was delightful. Delicious fresh food, and lots of vegetables that they grow themselves. It would be a pleasure to come back to this hotel.

Location: Strategically located near Kunming Old Street with easy access to foods including Muslim foods, also walkable to Green Lake Park Service: The receptionist who handled our check-in was kind enough to show us a few rooms before we decided on room 8801 Room: The room was big and spacious for this price range and location. The room is located on the corner side, away from the lobby, main corridors and laundry room which makes our stay peaceful without any noise. The room soundproof was good and there is no cigarette smell at all!

I am a Chinese-American from California and invited my sisters travel along with me . We had a wonderful stay in this Home2 Hilton, panlong, Kunming, Yunnan Province. It is so clean, room service is available any time upon request, everyone is so nice with beautiful smiles always. We especially loved the breakfast, lots varieties, both Chinese style and western food, What impressed me most was that the employees in the restaurant are very warm and considerable. They know we love the flower pastry and even let us take out some on our last day there. I am grateful I stayed there and will come back next time.

Perfect stay. The hotel is new, super clean, trendy interior. Staffs are nice, welcome and helpful. The location is 10 mins from railway station and Tangzixiang metro station, which directly can access to the airport. The only thing is soundproof of the room is a little off, you can hear sound from the corridor. Other than that this hotel is worth the money

The stay at this hotel was very good. My wife and I checked in here. The service at the front desk was particularly good. I was very satisfied with this stay. The room facilities were very good, with smart voice control, good air conditioning performance, large room area, and good cleanliness. Their restaurant on the second floor is very beautiful and the food is delicious. The downside is that the Shuangqiao Night Market is a bit congested, but the hotel is quite good. The free parking is quite good and it is close to the subway. I would recommend it.
