It was a wonderful stay! I loved the music in the elevator, especially the Rwandan songs, they made it feel like home. The customer service was excellent, always delivered with a smile and utmost professionalism. Shoutout to Nicholas, you are an amazing host! We spent two lovely nights here before setting out on safari. The Caesar salad was the best I have ever had. More importantly, we came back to the hotel in the late afternoon covered with stains from a visit to the Sheldrick Trust’s baby elephants. They knew just what to do to get out the red stains and washed everything overnight, delivering it before our 5 AM departure. Thank you

A hotel from the days of Old Africa and it was that and more. The staff truly care about your enjoyment and the facilities are excellent be that the pool, the many dining opportunities and more. If you stay and need a driver ask for Bernard Chirchir. We used him as a guide to great shopping and he is such fun to be with.

I was worried that the hotel was far from the city center, but after I lived, I knew how correct this choice was. The city center is really too chaotic, and traffic jams are also very serious. So I feel very comfortable back to the elegant hotel. The room was a bit simplistic, but the restaurant was very family-friendly, the garden was lovely and the breakfast was good. The service is also very gentle and polite, and the overall satisfaction.

Enjoyed visiting Weston Hotel Nairobi. Great ambience, friendly service, must return experience. Particularly restaurant meals, sea food, the roasted salmon, the samosas and herbal tea range. Wonderful

The hotel is excellent. We had a room on the 8th floor with a view of the forest and the outskirts of the city. We stayed on New Year's Eve, so we got to the festive barbecue evening (for an additional fee). Everything was delicious, the service was excellent. In the afternoon we were given a small gift for the New Year (desserts - I am attaching a photo). The room, like the hotel, is new - everything works properly. Regarding the area - it takes 30 minutes by taxi from the airport along the toll road and 45 minutes along the free one. Security at the hotel is like at the embassy or at the airport. But the area still did not seem dangerous. The shopping center is 15 minutes by taxi - completely European. The pool in the hotel is small and not very deep, but with panoramic windows

I've visited Margarita House five times now, each time travelling for work in Ngong. The staff are wonderful; Gladys, Natasha and the rest of the team are all lovely people and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. The rooms are quite basic, but spacious. The rooms with a balcony in the main building, looking over the main courtyard, are the best. There is a small pool and gym, and the gardens are relaxing. If you're interested in wildlife, you'll see visiting birds and monkeys. WiFi is about the best you'll get in Kenya, and when it went 'down' one time in all my travels, the team quickly made sure a 3G/4G router was available to reconnect us. I once travelled during a period of uncertainty (elections) and the 24/7 security made me feel very safe. The hotel can be contacted directly to organise transport from the airport (which typically takes 45 minutes). I strongly advise this option if you haven't visited Nairobi before; they will wait patiently for you even if your flight is delayed. Food choice was reasonable, as were portion sizes - and you can choose to eat at the pool, in the restaurant or even in your room. I'd like to see more dessert options! The welcome drink on arrival is always gratefully received after a long flight. I've stayed in the 5* hotels near the airport before, but I prefer being in Karen, in the quiet, with excellent customer service and chilled (Kenyan!) vibe. I may not be back in Kenya for a long while, so best wishes to all the wonderful team who have looked after me over the last two years - Stefan.

The dining experience was another highlight. The food was delicious, with a variety of options catering to all tastes. It was clear the hotel goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable getaway.
