Horizon Homes @ Genting Highlands

Twr 7, RM2808 for 4 nights Thank you for accommodating to my early arrival. Cleanliness is good 👍, though not the best I came across so far. Hand held shower was leaking most of it water, which they have rain shower, so no big deal for me. Minimarts' too overpriced, compared to next building. One of the canteen is a must go when there. Overall is a pleasant stay till my last night which the whole place was over crowded. Will stay there during weekdays in future. Did not use their amenities during my stay.

The unit is good enough to cater to our needs. Lots of shelf to keep our things and with 2 washrooms, we are very comfortable. Just a feedback regarding the folding bed. When we unfold it, we found rubbish underneath and dust. Not that clean. Have to give it a wipe and thankfully they provided an extra bedsheet and blanket. So we use it to cover the sofa bed.

Overall, my stay at Horizon Homes was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well laid out, with a comfortable bed and nice lighting. The location quite good and not far from Genting Highland Theme Park We have a pantry in the room and its kinda cute, bathroom so clean and it has complete amenities. To check in just need to collect key from My.news convenience shop and the tricky part after parking is to go to level 7 and change another elevator to the room, but after that everything when smoothly. Its really nice Hard Rock Cafe, 7 Eleven just a walking distance. Thanks Horizon Homes, we have a nice stay there. Too bad i forget to more photos for my staycation, but im highy recommended for the holiday-goers to try this accomodation.

The room is nice and the service was excellent. When I reported a leaking water pipe, it was promptly repaired. The scenery was also very nice. Unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant odor from drainage affected my sleep. The overall environment was acceptable but not very clean, with some hair and flies noticeable.

I have booked Grand Ion many times through other agents, but this is the first time I received such good equipment and a car park access card. The experience was smooth and convenient. Highly recommended.
