The whole hotel has a classic and generous appearance, elegant and exquisite interior decoration, very clean rooms, central air conditioning and radiators, super warm rooms, especially comfortable to sleep at night, I don't know if their bedding is customized, I personally feel much better than a certain one that boasts about how good the sleep is! There are not many types of breakfast, but everything is there, very very delicious 😋 Our family of three had a very good and satisfied experience this time 👍 I will definitely stay here next time I come to Hongcun!

We booked duplex loft suite room and it was very comfortable stay. One living room and two bed rooms with large bed. One special bonus was, we were able to access to the roof top of the building from stairs next of this room. There was seating area on the rooftop and morning view from there was super nice. We highly recommend staying here.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I checked in and lay down. I was too tired to take any photos, but it was really comfortable. Maybe it was the off-season and there were few people, so it didn't feel noisy. There was heating in the room, which was very comfortable. In addition to the scenery, you can also feel the culture and customs of the people. The room was not expensive. I was healed here on the last day. For the B&B, we are just ordinary passers-by. For me, it made my trip a perfect ending.

I went to Hongcun, a place I had always wanted to visit. I looked at it on Ctrip for a long time and was attracted by the lobby environment of this hotel. When I first arrived, I was really amazed by the bamboo at the gate. The environment of the hotel is absolutely 100 points. The housekeeper upgraded me to a tatami room for free. The whole hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, so much so that I still miss it after two days at home. There is also a projector in the public area of the hotel where you can watch movies. It is really comfortable to curl up on the sofa. If I go to Hongcun again, I will definitely choose this hotel. It is really very attentive~ By the way, the scenery of breakfast is really good. It is winter now and the leaves have fallen. I can't imagine how beautiful it will be in autumn. If you tell the aunt what you want to eat, she will serve it immediately. I really like it. And as long as you go back to the B&B, the front desk lady will greet you and say you are back, just like going home

I have been in Yi County for three days. This hotel is very distinctive, with a good view outside the window, the overall decoration is in Hui style, and there is an infinity pool and outdoor hot spring. I made an appointment for a travel photo shoot in the hotel (more expensive). I originally wanted to experience the hot spring and booked this hotel, but the chef said that the water in the bathtub in the room was the same as outside, so I soaked in the room.
The only flaw is the front desk brother of the restaurant. He made me wait for more than 20 minutes before he started to cook and serve me. Although it is not worth getting angry, it still affects the stay experience. The brother and sister at the front desk patiently answered my questions when I checked out and told me the brand of aromatherapy, which was considered to be a compensation.
The overall experience is very good, and the flaws do not cover the merits. If I come back to Hongcun, I will consider this hotel again.

The scenic spot is not big and easy to find. There is a very beautiful small courtyard, which is very quiet at night. The room is just like the photo, the furniture is made of solid wood, the hot water is very good, and there is a bay window where you can sit and watch the rain in the courtyard. Breakfast was at a restaurant with a high rating next door, and there was a cute cat. Prices are very cheap in the village. The bad thing is that the smell of grilled sausages from the opposite side comes to the yard.

I also stayed in Poxin at the foot of Sanqing Mountain a long time ago. Booking the Ming Jing Garden in Xidi this time was beyond my original knowledge. XXuelangyiAs an authentic Huizhou native who left home when I was young, I came to Hongcun and met Zhang Gongguan for the first time, but I was amazed by the whole ink painting Qingming. After walking through the streets and alleys, I finally found the low-key house number. I opened a small door and opened a paradise. The antique Ming and Qing Dynasty old houses, restored in the Hui-style style, and simple and elegant furniture make people feel like they have traveled through time and space and returned to the prosperous ancient Huizhou of the past. In the front hall and back yard, the centuries-old mottled walls are paired with the black and white colors of Qingming rain, but it also has a sense of vicissitudes like ”in the old days, when kings went to the hall and swallows flew into the homes of ordinary people”, it was as if they were in a Chinese ink painting. This is an old house with a history of 300 years. It is located in the core scenic area of Hongcun. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to Moon Marsh. There are many types of guest rooms with different styles. Almost all of them feature Chinese retro style. The carved wooden beds, wooden couches and dressing tables are all antique designs. The calligraphy, paintings and porcelain in the room highlight the famous Hui school. The door is an antique wooden door latch. key. The facilities in the bathroom are absolutely high-end. Dyson hair dryers and Hermès bath products are both rich in history and considerate. The owner lives with his guests and has four cats, several courtyards, and a beautiful swimming pool. The guests can drink tea and relax while leaning on the garden view. The butler's service was extremely attentive. He asked about the soundproofing at night, prepared a heart-warming breakfast in the morning, took our luggage all the way from the parking lot to the CI, dragged our luggage up the narrow stairs of the old house, and used a small electric donkey to carry our luggage again before we left. Return to the parking lot. I want to say here that the wooden stairs in the old Hui-style houses are narrow and shaky, and the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good. If you come to immerse yourself in the old house life, don’t complain and pay more attention to yourself. In short, this place really made my impression of Hongcun become more beautiful and full of nostalgia. It is undoubtedly the best private hotel in the village, and it feels like a dream that I will never wake up from.

Service: The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming! We were able to communicate via WeChat and organize transportation beforehand.
Location: This guesthouse is a 5 minute drive from the main Hongcun Village entrance and the owners kindly drove us there! Although this hotel isn’t inside the village itself, it’s still convenient and in a quiet location!
It’s a 1 hour drive from the Huangshan North Railway station and 1 hour drive to the Huangshan Tangkou Transfer Center.
Food: There’s a restaurant on-site which has an extensive dinner menu. Honestly, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner without leaving the premises! Very convenient and the food is good quality- highly recommend.
Amenities: The guesthouse is newly renovated and has top notch furnishings. Everything is clean and comfortable. The floor heating was nice to have in December!

I would give it 90 points: 40 points are for the scenery and culture of Hongcun; 20 points are for the unique food of Huizhou. ; 30 points must be given to the B&B ”Thatched Cottage” where I stayed. I have never stayed in a B&B while traveling, and I particularly like this place! Thatched Cottage did it! In addition to enjoying free pick-up and drop-off, antique-style houses, considerate service, and free room upgrades, the ”thatched cottage” gives you the feeling of home and the warmth between people that a hotel cannot give, just like no matter where you are. No matter how late you play outside, your home will always leave a door open for you! The remaining 10 points are my own regrets, regrets that the vacation was too short, regrets that the time went too fast, and regrets that I couldn't take a photo with my ”family”! SSuThis was a trip that I took my 86 years old mom to travel with me. After a long bullet train ride and shuttle ride, Banyan Tree Huangshan gave us a warm welcome by upgrading our room to a villa. The place is beautifully designed, nested in a valley with traditional Hui style building. Inside the rooms, they have the western style bedroom and bathroom comforts, but the deco is traditional Chinese arts with a modern twist, very elegant, not the tacky hotel chain style but details that fits the surrounding nature beauty. All the rooms and facilities are very clean, and service people are very nice too. We had the front desk clerk Sweet, who updated our stay and a room cleaning lady May Zhang who helped us with our needs. Very thankful to their help!
The outside garden design blends in with the surrounding mountains. They even have a petting zoo for visitors young and old.
We dined in their Chinese restaurant the first night. The foods were good but I won't say exceptional. For two of us, it was way too much in food quantity for one order. We felt bad to waste food this way. Wish they have had smaller choices. But their breakfast is very impressive.
And even though they are very close to Hong Village where the shuttle stops, they did not offer free shuttle which I think they should.
I highly recommend this place and will travel back with my other family members in the future.

我们天刚黑时到达， 很快感受到温暖贴心的服务。前台给我们免费升级房间， 让我们渡过了愉悦的两天。
早上在庭院里跑步是个美好的体验， 健身房也比一般希尔顿或是万豪好很多。
我们第一晚在饭店的中餐厅吃的，不错但没有特别让人印象深刻。早餐则不同， 选择非常多且很多精致可口的饭菜。
尽管他们离宏村很近但不提供免费接送，这样你从机场或是高铁站坐接送车到此，还需要打车或是付比打车高很多的车费到达悦榕庄。我个人认为这完全可以改进。
我非常推荐黄山悦榕庄，以后还会带其他家人来住。谢谢你们周到的服务！

EEstelle_MiiIt's a short distance from the main street, and it's relatively quiet. I took my children and stayed there for two nights on the way back. The room has heating, and it's very comfortable to live in. It's more convenient to live in Hongcun by car, and you can go to several surrounding villages quickly. The ancient buildings in Xidilu Village are better preserved, and there are fewer people.

GGuest UserI came to Hongcun on short notice so I booked a homestay when I arrived at the parking lot.
This homestay is inside the scenic area. It takes less than two or three minutes to walk from the big tree at the entrance of the village.
It is in a small alley so it is very quiet in a busy area. You can't hear the noise from the main street at night.
The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic.
When they heard that we were in the parking lot, they asked us to wait for the boss to pick us up (he also sent us to the parking lot when we returned). Thank you very much!
The homestay is antique and the decoration is the style I like.
The wooden loft, take off your shoes and walk up.

Hotel renovation looks well and the room facilities are all modern and high tech. I was particularly impressed with its WCPan which has an auto washing services for buttock. The bed linen and flooring are clean well. Environment nearby is beautiful village scene where we enjoy having a lesuire walk there. All in all, it is a very good hotel which can make you relax even you just stay in the hotel. Ha one more that is the restaurant next to the hotel where one may enjoy delicious Chinese meals. The staff there are also very nice. Eating there is just like having meals at home. I am sure I will stay in Vienna again when next time I go to huangshan.

KKevfoong SGThe homestead is located inside the acenic area of Hongchun. It is very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants. You csn have a nice stroll after dinner.
The hostel is very 'Zen Style' if you choose for the 2nd hostel called 'Xindeng 心灯'. The room is huge and clean. There also offer nice chinese teas for enjoyment.
The homestead owner is also very helpful in arranging the transport for ferrying to the hostel and to another destination. However, it is much easier to communicate with the operator via Wechat which is local apps. Use Wechat to call for the transport arrangement for any purpose.
The only minor issue is the early distutbed noise of motors and residents will wake you up in the early morning of 6am. The homestead is just next to one of the main lane.

GGuest UserLet’s talk about service first: Travel around Huangshan is quite busy, so regular hotels will provide pick-up and drop-off services. But this one is particularly comfortable. The boss is a young man from out of town. He makes people feel comfortable when he talks and treats others. I feel that the boss is very down-to-earth and doesn't have any messy routines. It turns out that when we were in Huangshan, he told us all kinds of things just to let us stay one more night and meet another person. The locals will have a sense of purpose or a feeling that they don’t know how to put. In short, you basically can't see the hotel staff when you stay, so you feel very relaxed.
Price: To be honest, it’s really affordable. I paid 160 for the price inside the scenic area. The price is really good. It’s 134 for outside the scenic area. It’s better to stay in the scenic area. It is true that it is not far outside the scenic area, but the price is really not expensive and quite suitable.
Environment: My biggest feeling is that it’s very good! ! They just pretend to be very artistic. When we were walking around the scenic area, we saw many older ones. The prices were definitely not low, but they felt very shabby.
It’s definitely worth recommending!
