The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-15 minute shuttle ride to the airport, and ride-hailing services can get you to Jianyang City in around 10 minutes. Plus, it's located in an area with a variety of dining, accommodation, and entertainment options. The room facilities are complete, tidy, and clean. The desk, lounge chair, and sofa are all well-arranged, and reminders, warnings, and reservation information are all meticulously provided. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a Jinjiang member of Vienna Hotels, I have two small suggestions: 1. When closing the sliding bathroom door, the hand groove can easily overshoot due to inertia, potentially pinching one's hand. Perhaps a stopper could be installed on the upper slide rail, or a decorative barrier board could be added to the right wall. 2. Possibly because it's a new hotel, there was still a strong formaldehyde smell when exiting the elevator on the 11th floor. I recommend having a professional company perform formaldehyde reduction treatments several times.

The room was very comfortable and I slept soundly. The airport shuttle service was excellent; the driver even helped with our luggage. They dropped us off at the airport bright and early, and it only took about 10 minutes to get there. The front desk also offered wake-up calls and breakfast. Fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The environment was quiet too. The service was warm and attentive, and it offers great value for money. Its prime location makes it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended!

This is truly a hotel that thinks of its guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, right down to every light switch and remote control, all wiped with alcohol wipes. During the complimentary airport pick-up, the driver saw me holding my sleeping child and proactively adjusted the car's temperature higher. The snacks aren't the usual generic commercial street fare; instead, it's local stalls bustling with people: ice tangyuan, roasted pig trotters, and maocai. You can get a full meal for 10 yuan, a great meal for 20 yuan, and walking back to the hotel after overeating is perfect for digestion.

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

Close to the airport with a free shuttle service, and well-equipped facilities. The elevator was a lifesaver for luggage. Staff were friendly, and overall it's great value for money, perfect for those with early morning flights.

I had pre-booked the airport transfer service, and while I was initially worried it might cause delays, the driver was perfectly on time, waiting exactly at the designated spot. Seeing our several large suitcases, he immediately and warmly came forward to assist us, helping us all the way to the hotel entrance. This prompt and thoughtful service instantly swept away all the fatigue from our journey. Upon checking in at the front desk, the staff member was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. She patiently answered all our questions, and the check-in process was very swift. She even proactively shared helpful information about local amenities around the hotel. Our first impression was absolutely stellar. Stepping into the room, I was completely blown away. The bed linens were sparkling clean and felt incredibly soft, the floors were so pristine you could comfortably walk barefoot, and the bathroom's glass door and sink were spotless, with not a single water stain. Even the mirror was polished to a brilliant shine. There was absolutely no need to worry about hygiene; all I wanted to do was lie down comfortably and relax. From the seamless transport coordination and meticulous service details to the core cleanliness of the accommodation, every single aspect was executed flawlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Without a doubt, it will be my top choice the next time I'm in the area!

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.
