Booked the hotel to spend night to transfer at Tuanfu airport. The location is great. The staff are very helpful, gave details on when and where to wait for shuttle. The driver helped out with suitcase and brought us breakfast the next day when we headed out for an early flight. The hotel has a big and beautiful garden. Room is clean and cozy. The only thing to complain is there is no elevator. There are many small steps/stairs to get to the room. It's pretty hard to carry suitcase. Other than that, it's a great choice to stay.

The room was big and clean. I have stayed at the airport several times and this room service is the best value for money. Free pick up and delivery is also very fast. The driver also offered to help me carry my luggage. There are also many kinds of snacks around the hotel. The hotel has an elevator for easy loading and unloading of luggage. The most important boss also gave small gifts and afternoon tea. So considerate

Place is clean and well maintained. Location is a bit far from airport ( 15min drive through the woods / undeveloped roads ), TV / projector doesn't have good connection. Other than that no complaints

The master of the pick-up and drop-off service is warm, the two little sisters at the front desk are lively and cheerful, the boss is bright and atmospheric, the hotel is on the island in the middle of the lake, the scenery is quite awkward, the dishes in the hotel restaurant are also delicious, recommend the spicy chicken and green pepper shredded pork, Nothing else is known. For my northerners, the overall evaluation of staying at the hotel for the first time gave 10 points.

Exceptional value for money! Clean and in perfect condition. The staff were so kind, helpful, and informative. Super close to chengdu tianfu international airport... just keep in mind that there is more than one airport in Chengdu though! We didn't realise this, and had over an hour taxi ride from domestic airport to the hotel. But it still worked well for us with it's close proximity to our departure airport.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every member of staff, from driver to front desk and restaurant were very kind and professional. The room was clean, full of modern and stylish amenities. I used the hotel only to spend the night between two flights as it is very conveniently close to the hotel and they offer free airport transfer in a very modern and comfortable car. If you need a comfortable room for a sleep between two flights, this is the prefect spot. However, if you want to visit Chengdu or go out of the hotel, this may not be the right for as the hotel is in the middle of the countryside with nothing nearby.

Although this resort hotel does not have the gorgeous service standards and exquisite processes of well-known five-star hotels, it has a unique charm that makes people linger. First of all, it has a superior geographical location, only about an hour's drive from Chengdu city, just the right weekend vacation distance, allowing people to easily get rid of the hustle and bustle of the city. Secondly, the hotel is located in a picturesque scenic area, with a lake in front and green mountains behind. The building is cleverly integrated into the natural beauty, which makes people feel relaxed and happy, as if they are in a paradise. The simple and warm design style is a highlight of the hotel. Stayed for 1 night as a layover. Nice rooms and in an area with lots of places to eat. Chinese breakfast was good and waitresses were friendly. Airport pick up and drop off was perfect and took under 15 mins.  I had problems not being able to use my debit card or WiFi (I am from UK). But the girls at reception were very nice and helpful and we communicated via Google translate.  If you are not from China I would recommend paying for the hotel online, bringing cash and buying a mobile data package to let you roam internet abroad.  Only downside was the room smelt a bit (from the drains).

I booked the wrong hotel for the Renshou Marathon. I was so amused. I arrived here at night and went directly to the KTV to sing. I communicated with Mandy throughout the whole process. She was efficient and provided thoughtful service. Breakfast was available at 6:30, which was convenient for early risers. The amusement park was very popular with children. The hotel was clean and tidy.
