"Upon arrival, the menu was extensive, so we ordered dinner. However, we barely ate anything; the child only ate plain rice. The mosquitoes were huge and numerous—too many, too many, too many! There were also small insects. Mosquito repellent liquid didn't work, so we asked the front desk for an old-fashioned disc-style mosquito net, which was barely effective, but I was still itchy all over in bed. The child only fell asleep around 2 AM because he was too tired, while I didn't sleep a wink. We used our own disposable bedding, which might be a problem with the disposable items (every hotel I've stayed in has used disposable bedding, and this has never happened before on my travels). The airport shuttle van was clean, and the service was good; the driver helped with our luggage."

The room environment is very comfortable and clean. There is a welcome card for the hotel when you check in. When we checked in at night, the hotel also thoughtfully put hot water for us so that we can take a bath as soon as we check in. Great!
There are not many breakfast options but they are delicious. You can eat a lot after trying each one. I haven't had such a full breakfast for a long time🤣🤣 If we were seated, the three of us couldn't finish it, and we were in a hurry. So remember to reserve time for breakfast!
The only bad thing is that the transportation is not very convenient. You can only take the high-speed rail to go to the center of Chengdu, and there are very few trains. But the purpose of our visit is to get away from the hustle and bustle, so we have been mentally prepared.
Finally, I want to praise the hotel staff! They are all very kind and friendly! The service is very thoughtful! I will definitely come again if I have the chance! !

The room was big and clean. I have stayed at the airport several times and this room service is the best value for money. Free pick up and delivery is also very fast. The driver also offered to help me carry my luggage.

BrookePeSuper lovely hotel and only 15 minutes Didi from the Tianfu airport. It's located in a sports complex which is very quiet and quite unusual to wander around as there are only other airport guests around. The hotel room was clean with a super comfy bed, great shower, minifridge and a tea set to relax and enjoy. The Sichuan restaurant in the middle of the complex is super delicious and well-priced.

Service: The staff (both male and female) were all wonderful, very friendly and even helped with our luggage – a great experience.

Sandy SinyiHotel provide free airport shuttle service to pick up and drop off for 24 hours. Very convenient for overnight transit travelers. The rooms interior with modern design, clean and comfortable. This hotel is not facing the main road, Pro is quite environment, and con is a short walking distance to food street.

We tried very much to communicate via translation apps. The staff was very eager to help me, but calling with other people continuously parallel on the phone.
I was a bit confused as I didn't get what I thought I would have booked on Trip.com. There was for example no breakfast buffet, instead I got two breads and a milk package. and the room was also a different type, as they didn't have the availability. It was my first night in China and I felt like this was a bit a hotel for also doing different things as it's a bit more away from the city center and I had something on my night table, that I didn't expect.

I chose this hotel before going abroad because it was very close to the airport. The driver who picked me up and dropped me off was very enthusiastic. The service from the front desk lady was also very good. The room was clean and tidy, and there was a wake-up service in the morning. Half a month after returning to China, I still chose her home. Unexpectedly, the driver who came to pick me up recognized me at a glance. He was as warm and welcoming as a family member and the service was very good. There is also a farmhouse hotpot next to the hotel where you can eat, which is really great and the experience is great!

This is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
