The hotel is incredibly good for the price. The location is super convenient, about 15mins by their shuttle bus - you should really make sure that you can take it though because it’s difficult to reach by public transport and not exactly walking distance. It’s really easy to use so don’t worry. You can contact the hotel easily via WeChat and they send you all the info you might need. The room is massive, clean and modern. They offer some small gifts - a panda keychain, earplugs and hand cream. I really loved the room. The only issue was that the lock wasn’t working - you still need a card to get in so I guess it was fine but it made me a little uncomfortable. On their page, they say that they have English translation service but nobody spoke English when I arrived so I’m not sure about how that one works.

This place was very clean and professional. I was surprised to get such a good place for the price I paid. The staff were very helpful and were good at English. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport in the morning when I left. There may have been a way to get a free pickup from the airport too, but I didn’t figure that out in time, and I just called a Didi (Uber-like system in China). Before this I had stayed at several other budget hotels in a different part of the China, and even at roughly the same price, they were not half as good as this one. So I was really impressed with this place. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. The only reason I took one star off for Amenities was because there was no mini-fridge and no closet, though there was a unenclosed place to hang clothes. I liked the comfortable chair and footstool by the window with its own little table. I relaxed in that for a while, drinking the provided tea. The desk was helpful too.

During my stay, I was deeply impressed by Mia's professionalism and enthusiasm at the front desk! In the hot season, the air conditioner was turned on for me before I checked in, and it was very cool as soon as I entered the room. This attentiveness is really great! The service throughout the whole process was warm and measured, making people feel at home. Such excellent employees are definitely the treasure of the hotel! I strongly recommend everyone to experience this high-quality service!

We needed a quick overnight stay and were quite happy with the service and cleanliness. I wish the shower had hot water before bed but for the price we paid we really couldnt complain. Suites are separate from hotel lobby and it has its charm.

This hotel is not far from Tianfu Airport, in the center of Jianyang City, next to Jianyang Middle School and Jianyang Sports Center, and close to Xuhai Plaza Shopping Center. The bed was very comfortable and I slept for nine hours at night. Takeaway food was delivered to the room by an intelligent robot, which was a great experience! I stayed here for a layover overnight, but access to things made it a challenge. The complex is still too new. There’s a few hotels there. I also feel it was poorly lit. Taxi access was a challenge. I fell in the dark area outside. The gift shop was nice down the street. Food delivery required going down the street by the shuttle, so bringing bags was not easy. I tried three times for a Didi. The landscape is nice, but I have no idea why that airport area is not better developed or why it is so dark around there.
