Great hotel for travellers and people who have transit in this beautiful city. I stayed in this hotel twice already and plan to come back each time I have transit here. Clean rooms, good service. The best thing was free bus pick up from airport and also free bus to airport next day! I'm impressed. Also communication with hotel was really easy. Staff use translator for foreing languages which is amazing! Definitely recommend to stay here

This place was very clean and professional. I was surprised to get such a good place for the price I paid. The staff were very helpful and were good at English. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport in the morning when I left. There may have been a way to get a free pickup from the airport too, but I didn’t figure that out in time, and I just called a Didi (Uber-like system in China). Before this I had stayed at several other budget hotels in a different part of the China, and even at roughly the same price, they were not half as good as this one. So I was really impressed with this place. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. The only reason I took one star off for Amenities was because there was no mini-fridge and no closet, though there was a unenclosed place to hang clothes. I liked the comfortable chair and footstool by the window with its own little table. I relaxed in that for a while, drinking the provided tea. The desk was helpful too.

This business trip to the loft hotel near the airport was a great experience! The room is a duplex structure. The living room downstairs is very convenient for working and resting. The bedroom upstairs is very private. The overall layout is reasonable and spacious. The 24-hour free airport pick-up service is very considerate. There is no need to worry about arriving in the early morning. The driver is enthusiastic and punctual. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, a small refrigerator and a microwave. It is very cost-effective. I will stay here next time!

The hotel is new and modern. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at night and had not had dinner, we were informed that there was a restaurant service that was not yet closed and we were helped to order and deliver it to the room.
