I've stayed at several Ji Hotel locations before during layovers with Sichuan Airlines, and always had a good experience. So, when I came to Chengdu on the 24th, I booked a hourly room myself. The only thing that confused me was this man, who I initially thought was an inconsiderate guest. He was sitting in the lobby, playing audio from his phone out loud. Later, I noticed he was wearing a uniform with 'Ji Hotel / Hello Hotel' written on the back. He must have been the shuttle driver. What's more, the front desk didn't seem to find his behavior inappropriate. Also, the TV had no signal, so I couldn't watch live channels. I could only watch paid content or cast my screen.

This was my first layover at Chengdu Airport. It took almost 20 minutes to find the hotel shuttle, but the driver waited patiently. I booked the hotel last minute before my flight as we were traveling with a child. The front desk staff kindly offered to change our room to one with two beds pushed together to prevent the baby from rolling off, which was incredibly thoughtful. Our room was impeccably clean. I particularly liked the separate walk-in closet, and the toilet, shower, and sinks were all separated as well. Having a washing machine, refrigerator, and even a kitchen made it feel like a small home. Despite being close to the airport, it wasn't noisy at all. The shuttle driver and front desk staff provided impeccable service. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

Arrived at Tianfu Airport on a late-night flight and easily found the driver for the airport shuttle. Taken directly to the hotel for a very smooth check-in. The hotel has comprehensive facilities and warm, attentive service. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. There was some construction nearby, so it was a bit noisy during the day. There were also aircraft taking off and landing at night, making it a bit loud. Being near the airport, that's to be expected! There are plenty of convenient dining options around. The next day, the hotel provided a shuttle to Metro Line 18. With airport pick-up and drop-off services, this place is ideal for arriving or departing passengers.

I saw quite a few negative reviews on the platform and didn't have high hopes, but after checking in, I realized it was excellent value for money! The airport shuttle was on time and very convenient. The entire resort was clean and tidy, and the 'boutique building' room I stayed in was also very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough. All my requests when booking, like 'no ground floor', 'non-smoking', and 'quiet room', were met. There's self-service laundry available, and any requests made to the front desk were patiently handled. Breakfast was a bit average, but it was filling, no problem there! It truly exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend. Oh, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was the first off the shuttle to check in, so it was done quickly. By the time my husband and child came with the luggage, there was already a long line behind us!

The airport pick-up was right outside Gate 22 at Tianfu Terminal 2 and got me to the hotel in about 10 minutes—super convenient. The hotel facilities are very new and clean, and the overall hygiene was great. The front desk was exceptionally thoughtful, offering a complimentary room upgrade and free breakfast. Being so close to the airport, you can hear some airplane noise, but they provided earplugs, which I was very pleased with.

For this price, right next to the airport, what more could you ask for? Plus, it includes a shuttle service and breakfast! The staff were very polite, and the room was spacious and comfortable for just over 100 [currency unit]. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I rarely leave reviews, but remembering how much trouble I had choosing, I hope this review can help those of you with decision paralysis! First, for anyone searching online, hotels under or slightly over 100 [currency unit], as long as they aren't chain hotels, are basically in a town near the airport. So, if the distance isn't significantly different, don't overthink it! Secondly, I spent an entire afternoon looking at various reviews and finally chose this place, mainly because I'm a light sleeper. I saw it had a courtyard, and all rooms face the courtyard, not the street (you can see this in my photos). Plus, it's set back about 10 meters down a small path off the main road. Because of the courtyard, you do hear crickets at night, but earplugs completely block them out instantly! As long as you don't leave your door open, no mosquitoes or insects will get in! The special offer room isn't huge (I specifically took a photo of the bed and bathroom in one shot for your reference). Thirdly, the bedding was very clean, with no strange odors. My skin is very sensitive; it usually gets itchy if anything is slightly off, but I slept for a night without any issues! The air conditioning was decent, hot water was stable, and water pressure was good. The pick-up and drop-off service to the airport was also quite punctual. Finally, a few minor drawbacks: two bedside outlets were broken and wouldn't hold a plug securely. The sink area wasn't as sparkling clean as in chain hotels, business hotels, or larger establishments; there were a few minor stains and some small rust spots. The shower rod's expansion screws were loose, posing a risk of falling. A small number of accidental insect stains on the wall slightly affected the overall impression of the stay. These were all within my acceptable range, but I hope the hotel can be more meticulous and improve, as some people are quite particular about these things. Every review determines whether your establishment can stand firm, go far, and grow bigger and better in fierce competition. Overall, for a temporary stay before an early morning flight, it's very good!

The bed was huge, but the location was a bit out of the way, up in the mountains, which made it very quiet. It was close to the airport, and they even provided bread and milk. The facilities were all good, with strong A/C and water pressure. The only downside was quite a few bugs. They also offered airport shuttle service! All in all, great value for the price!

The hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good. 24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning. It was much more than my expectation for the price. The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.
