MM363162****Facilities: All the facilities are brand new. I usually bring my own showerhead when I travel, but the one here was new and very clean, as was the toilet – no yellowing at all. After looking at many hotels, I chose this one.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean, absolutely no complaints.

Service: I called the hotel in advance to inquire, and they proactively asked about my check-in time, which many hotels don't do until you arrive on the day.
The duvet was lightweight; I'm not sure if it was down or something else, but it was quite nice.

AAnonymous UserThis garden-style hotel has multiple buildings spread across different levels 😑. It's quite inconvenient that you can't drive right up to the front desk. The shuttle bus also requires a call or notification to the front desk, which then informs the concierge – the process is quite cumbersome. There's no front desk or staff at the bottom of each building. Breakfast was practically gone; they mentioned a tour group, but after 9 AM, the breakfast was almost completely cleared out and not refilled. It's really awkward when there's nothing left.

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
