GGuest UserThey offered an airport pickup service late at night during the Spring Festival travel rush, which was a huge plus. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities you'd need, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Definitely great value for money.

WWanghouyusheng，aixizijiOn the last day of my trip to Chengdu, my plans changed due to the weather, so I had to find a new hotel at the last minute. I stumbled upon this place and was really impressed by the photos. It's also not far from the airport, so I booked a room. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised – what a fantastic deal! The hotel has a beautiful, elegant garden design. The lobby is grand and opulent, and the staff were all very kind and polite. The hallways are spacious, and the room itself was huge. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent too. For breakfast, there was a great variety of options, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, all well-balanced and nutritious.

GGuest UserThe hotel seems to have just opened, as all the facilities are brand new. When I checked in, I noticed many people chose this hotel, and it truly offers great value for money. The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any issues. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have an early morning flight from Tianfu Airport. I'm very sensitive to noise, and thankfully, there was no airplane noise here.

GGuest UserAfter a friend recommended the 7 Days Inn Tianfu International Airport, saying it was very clean and convenient for dining, I decided to try it out. Overall, my experience was excellent. First, the cleanliness was superb. We thoroughly checked everything from the head to the foot of the bed. The pillowcases, duvet covers, and sheets were all freshly laundered and neatly folded, with no marks whatsoever on the white bedding. As someone who is very particular about hygiene, I was completely reassured. I then inspected the washbasin, shower, and toilet, all of which were spotless. I felt completely comfortable using them. Finally, I checked the stainless steel kettle, which was pristine, ensuring the boiled water was 100% safe to drink. The overall hygiene was much better than I expected – a truly reliable product. Second, regarding service, the airport shuttle driver was incredibly friendly and helpful with my luggage, making me feel very welcome. At the front desk, the lady greeted me warmly, shared some anti-fraud tips, and quickly processed my check-in. Third, looking at the hotel facilities, it seems to have been open for about two years. The equipment and amenities are all very new, and there was no formaldehyde smell. However, as someone with a fear of heights, I found the panoramic elevator a bit uncomfortable. Fourth, the hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable, with various delicious food options right outside. Inside, the hotel is very quiet. It’s particularly convenient for eating out and buying fruit. In summary, I'm very glad I followed my friend's recommendation and stayed at this 7 Days Inn. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

RRhea JanineI absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was very affordable, yet all the amenities I needed were available. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, which made my stay even better. The location is also great, with plenty of street food options nearby. Although we communicated using a translation app, the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated most was the free airport pickup service. I simply sent them a message when I arrived at the airport gate, and they immediately came to pick me up, just as promised. Overall, what you see is truly what you get. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when I return.

GGuest UserThe room was as clean as the city outside, and there were quite a few guests staying there. It was very convenient as there's a shuttle service to the airport around 5 AM, and they also offer pick-up service upon arrival. This really met my travel needs. I was initially worried about the accommodation environment and safety, but it turns out it's pretty good overall. Just a minor note, there were quite a few mosquitoes.

PpeitatoThe room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service. I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi. On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time. I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us. The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
