Stayed for one night during a layover in Chengdu.
**Facilities:** It's a very new hotel, equipped with an elevator and a restaurant.
**Hygiene:** Very clean, the hot water was great, and it was quiet for sleeping.
**Environment:** Surrounded by greenery. The small path from where you get dropped off to the hotel had so many butterflies, it was really beautiful!
**Service:** Very warm and attentive. The shuttle service to and from the airport was comfortable and punctual.
Overall, it's a very suitable hotel for a one-night transit stay! The only downside is that ordering takeout isn't very convenient; there aren't many options around, and no bubble tea either.

Guest UserThe hotel was decent, and for the price, it offered good value considering its proximity to the airport. However, it was incredibly disappointing that for a hotel primarily catering to airport transfers, they completely forgot our early morning airport drop-off request! When my family of six checked in, we clearly stated we needed a ride to the airport at 6 AM the next morning. We went downstairs ten minutes early, only for the front desk to tell us the car had just left and they'd forgotten to tell us! Luckily, they managed to find another car, and we waited about seven or eight minutes across the street before getting in. This level of service awareness is really unreliable.

Anonymous UserThe layout is great, and the lighting is very cozy. I was exhausted after hiking and got a really good night's sleep here. The only downside is that the tea set in the room is a bit useless; both the kettle and the teapot aren't really suitable for brewing tea, and water spills everywhere every time I try to pour it.

AjidaoreyoulushengchanchangjiaThis hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! What impressed me the most was how clean and tidy the room was, and the incredibly attentive service. When I checked in, the front desk staff proactively helped me with my luggage and even gave me a detailed rundown of the best local restaurants. The room itself was cozy and inviting, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk was super quick to respond to any requests. This stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this place first next time I'm in town!

LaitefujinshenggeaoergenhekegangI specifically chose the Tianfu International Hotel, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet at night. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, with attention to detail evident throughout. The food was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, the experience was comfortable and pleasant, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend staying here.

Just to be factual, this hotel is in jianyang, so it's quite out of the way from Chengdu city center, not close to any attractions whatsoever, hence the 3 star rating for location (relative to Chengdu city). So start getting busy on your bicycle!
Breakfast is really simple, just buns, porridge and small local side dishes. One would probably spend at most 20mins.
A bit of a smoky smell when I entered my room, but I'm a single male traveller - can't be bothered.
I chose jianyang because I was stopping over for 1 night and wanted to see something a bit different from the usual Chengdu when I last visited Chengdu almost 25yrs ago!
So this hotel is right on the bank of the tuo river, plenty of activities to observe the local residents and also to relax in the evening if you want to. Food is not a problem, plenty of restaurants left and right.
Would recommend visiting the public museum at 人民路 to understand more about the history of jianyang, then stopover at the nearby shop selling lamb soup - I thought it was pretty darn good.
Apparently this is the origin city of 海底捞?don't expect anything fantastic, just a nice place (seems like a residential estate) to wind down.
I think jianyang is good for a one day stay and walkabout, this hotel fits the bill well. Not expensive too.
Also remember to use the free pickup/dropoff after booking!
Cheers

WuyuwuStayed for 2 consecutive nights. Booked a 'tech room' and got a free upgrade to a suite. There weren't many photos of the suites in the reviews, so I couldn't get a reference beforehand. It's allergy season (spring pollen), and as someone with allergies, I needed a bathtub, so I decided to experience it upon arrival.
First, the positives:
1. The front desk staff was very patient. Knowing I have allergies (to pollen, cigarette smoke, alcohol, etc.), I hoped to upgrade to a room with a bathtub. She patiently explained the company's financial regulations: standard rooms can only be upgraded to standard rooms, and king rooms to king rooms. No 'cross-category' upgrades are allowed, even if it means the room remains vacant. It's a very rigid financial system. Given the intense competition in the hotel industry, I wish the finance department would experience the front desk's difficulties before setting such rules. In an era where check-ins and repeat purchases are king, I'm surprised a hotel is still hampered by financial policies.
2. The suite was comfortable, and the space was well-distributed. The air conditioning unit was not directly over the resting area for guests. The fixtures and bedding were very clean. Water pressure was strong, and the water was hot enough. However, when filling the bathtub, the water temperature fluctuated slightly between hot and cold, though I didn't notice this issue while showering.
3. The breakfast selection was also good, with a comprehensive variety. Replenishment and clearing were timely.
4. The shuttle bus to the airport runs every hour at 45 minutes past, which is very convenient. Although the bus stops at other hotels, this is the starting point, so seat availability is controllable.
5. The lamb soup at the restaurant next door is excellent, and the second floor connects directly to the hotel, so you can go without even stepping outside.
6. Fruit delivery service is available, and drinking water is plentiful and free.
Now for the shortcomings:
1. Facing the street, at a crossroads, next to a gas station... the noise 'buffs' were stacked high. Rooms facing the street were very noisy. However, choosing a room with a window facing the inner corridor was neither ventilated nor less noisy.
2. The laundry room was in an inconvenient location with no clear signs along the way. The laundry room on the 2nd floor only had one washing machine, and there were water stains all over the floor with no staff supervision. It's described as self-service, but it's really a management loophole. The hotel wants to advertise laundry service but doesn't want to take responsibility for it, or even put in a little extra effort. I heard there's another laundry room on the 4th floor, but I couldn't find it due to the lack of clear signs on that floor, so I gave up.
3. There are 'No Smoking' signs, but no enforcement. People were smoking in the hotel lobby, public corridors, and even elevators without anyone stopping them. The security guards simply turned a blind eye, as if it were common practice. Those who are sensitive to smoke should seriously consider this.
4. The hotel's decor extensively uses carpeting. It's widespread in public corridors, individual rooms, and the hotel lobby lounge area. This creates potential dust and mite issues, which can cause respiratory discomfort and coughing. The carpet in the lobby lounge area on the first floor was particularly unsightly. However, overall, it's acceptable due to sufficient cleaning frequency, but there's significant room for improvement.
That's all! 😀 Overall, a good review. Worth choosing.

Guest UserFacilities: Well-equipped, ensuring a worry-free stay.
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. A truly pleasant experience with no unpleasant odors.
Environment: The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil atmosphere, providing a very quiet and comfortable stay. The overall experience was excellent.
Service: Warm and attentive service. Check-in was efficient and quick, which was great.
The hotel even has a courtyard where you can relax and chat with friends in the evening. They also offer free 24-hour airport and subway transfers. If you're driving, parking is also very convenient. (I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next trip!)

The bed was huge, but the location was a bit out of the way, up in the mountains, which made it very quiet. It was close to the airport, and they even provided bread and milk. The facilities were all good, with strong A/C and water pressure. The only downside was quite a few bugs. They also offered airport shuttle service! All in all, great value for the price!

E_S_AThe hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good.
24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning.
It was much more than my expectation for the price.
The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city.
I really enjoyed my stay.
