"Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. Joyhub Air Hotel (non-smoking rooms) Joyhub Cheer Hotel (smoking rooms) I took so many photos that I don't think Trip.com will let me share them all; Trip.com will select which photos to include with my review."

The front desk staff were great – the lady checking us in proactively told us about breakfast times and the Wi-Fi password, and even helped us with our luggage, which was a lovely touch. When we entered the room, a pleasant scent immediately greeted us, which was very nice. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was pristine, and all the toiletries we needed were provided. The facilities were comprehensive, with a TV, air conditioning, and a hairdryer all available. Breakfast was a rich and varied buffet. For this price, including airport shuttle service and breakfast, it's truly excellent value for money."

First, there's a free airport shuttle service, and second, the breakfast is abundant. Most importantly, the rooms are clean, hygienic, spacious, and well-appointed. If you run out of bottled water, you can request more from the staff. The front desk staff provides professional and courteous service and are very easy to communicate with. The hotel is about a fifteen-minute drive from the airport, and the driver was very responsible and punctual. You can't hear any aircraft noise from the rooms. If you're transiting or waiting for a flight in Chengdu, this hotel is a perfect fit."
