This was a major plus, as it allowed me to explore the area without having to worry about transportation. One of the best features of this hotel was the complimentary airport shuttle service. After a long flight, it was so nice to be picked up and transported directly to the hotel with no hassle. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful in getting me checked in."

"We had to leave to hotel and move to another one, since the room was extremely cold and air conditioning didn’t work at all. As soon as we realized that spending the night with rooms temperature near to outside temperature (11 C degrees) will bring us nothing but cold we called the receptionist. They entered the room but weren’t able to do anything, so we had to leave the hotel. Also keep in mind that the hotel is not in the nice district. There aren’t any shops, or cafe near the hotel. The receptionist and driver were very helpful anyway. They trying their best to support us with airport transfer, and deliver us to another hotel once we asked about it."

"The MGallery Chengdu World Garden Waterfall is definitely a hidden gem for family vacations and weekend getaways near Chengdu. As a high-end brand under Accor, it perfectly blends natural landscapes, luxurious experiences, and thoughtful service. My entire stay was incredibly healing and exceeded my expectations! The waterfall view room was an excellent experience. It was spacious and airy, with a warm and upscale wooden design. The layout was well-planned, and the details were exquisite, with a dry-wet separation bathroom, smart facilities, and custom bedding all readily available – comfort level: perfect. The rooms come standard with a private balcony or courtyard, and some room types even have private hot spring pools. Soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the view in the evening creates an incredible ambiance. The first round of the minibar is free, and it's also thoughtfully stocked with local specialty drinks and snacks – a detail-oriented person's dream come true. I always bring my children from Chongqing to vacation here. I think it's very suitable for a short trip."

"The hotel's environment is excellent! They even offer airport pickup. We didn't check in until 9 PM, but the front desk still upgraded us for free to a family room, which was fully smart-equipped and even had a small tent and toys that our child absolutely loved. When we checked out, the front desk gave us a small gift and even drove us to the airport. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Highly recommend!"

"The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water for showers and a powerful air conditioner. They offer airport transfer, which takes about 15 minutes one way (and the half-hourly frequency during peak times was sufficient). At just over 200 yuan after discounts, it was quite a good deal. Since it's only 7-8km from Tianfu Airport, the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs in the room (though I'm a heavy sleeper and didn't need them at all). Breakfast included freshly made noodles and fruit, as well as self-serve toast, which absolutely justified the room rate."

"This is an airport hotel, so one's expectations cannot be too high. However, I was unable to get proper rest the whole night because there were just sounds coming from everywhere every minute. This includes the train, plane, people shouting, construction noises, you name it, there's probably something. Even after I turned off the light, it somehow triggered something that kept sounding off. The aircon system is centralised, which means you cannot control it. You can only use the heater. I am not too sure how this would work out during the summer. The breakfast buffet was bad. It was just carbohydrates and fibre. There was ONLY ONE meat dish. Not sure about the live noodle station since I did not try it. If you are looking for dinner options outside of the hotel, there are a variety of foods to choose from. Breakfast-wise would just be the hotel and maybe one or two stalls outside. The bus to the airport was also very dirty, and the staff barely provided any information regarding where to alight and all. For the price point, I would say to compare with the other 4 hotels located within the vicinity and spend your money wisely."

"The overall service is excellent and fully online, perfect for travelers. The airport pick-up and drop-off were well-arranged, with no extra charges throughout. Miss Juluo was polite and thoughtful. The hotel's overall environment is simple and clean, and it even has a self-service laundry room with a washer and dryer, which is incredibly convenient – no need to worry about clothes not drying if I'm only staying one night. There's also an ironing machine, which is very handy for wrinkled shirts if you want to look neat. Public areas are regularly cleaned. The room hygiene was perfect, the bedding was clean and skin-friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained. Miss Juluo made the check-in process simple. Overall, my stay was an excellent experience."
