MM443731****I had a 12-hour layover at Tianfu Airport at night, so I chose this newly opened hotel. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was excellent. The driver helped me with my luggage, and even pushed it into the hotel and up to my room during check-in. The service attitude was exceptionally good. The soundproofing was also great; I stayed in a room near the elevator but didn't hear any noise late at night. Overall, the service attitude is the most commendable aspect!

It was also convenient that the front desk could receive packages for me, and there are plenty of food options downstairs. Great service overall!

The restaurant environment is very quiet, and the dishes are as exquisite as ever, with generous portions. Thumbs up! JJunemoonReally convenient stay. I choose this hotel cuz of my midnight arrival. Upon booking straight away i got contacted to arrange my pick up from the airport. Instructions were really clear and was picked up very smoothly. They gave me a really nice clean room, with all amenities, a comfy couch, soundproof, plenty of natural light and next offered me a ride to the subway. Its located very conveniently, plenty of food options around and clean. I had a comfy stay and am happy i booked this place :)

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport. I received a text message from the front desk, and after arriving at the airport, I contacted the driver. The shuttle driver was very personable and provided great service. The room was clean, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. This hotel is very convenient for anyone staying near the airport, definitely a good choice. I've saved it and will stay here again next time.
**Facilities:** Quite complete, with an elevator, and very new.
**Hygiene:** You can rest assured, it's quite clean.
**Environment:** Lots of food options nearby, and the room has good soundproofing, very quiet.

The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any issues. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have an early morning flight from Tianfu Airport. I'm very sensitive to noise, and thankfully, there was no airplane noise here.

There are many affordable food options nearby, and it's a short walk to grab a bite, with plenty of late-night snack choices. 何何丽霞Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station.
The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room.
There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful.
This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi.
But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended
