"Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home. 黄金海岸的帝盛酒店位置很不错，距离大型购物中心Pacific Fair就一条街的距离，周围吃的很多，10分钟可以走到海边，酒店门口就是Tram Station。房间的设施也不错，带小阳台，打开可以看到海。只是淋浴水量比较小，地板沾水有一点滑。除此之外，特别点赞前台Carter，让人有宾至如归之感。 - Chinese Customers"

"Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza was okay. The location is very convenient, which made getting around easy. However, I was a little disappointed that the room wasn’t serviced during my stay, even though I had placed the door sign requesting it. Apart from that, everything else was fine."

"We stayed in the hotel for three days（7/7-7/10）. On the first day, no one came to clean the room. We thought we needed to notify the service counter to arrange cleaning. On the second day, we used the ”cleaning notification” button on the phone in the morning, but no one came to clean the next day. On the third day, we reported it to the service counter in the morning, and they said they would arrange for a cleaning staff. As a result, when we returned to the room on the third night, we found that it was still not cleaned (this was the first time we were deceived). So we called the service counter again, hoping that at least they could change the bath towels for us to use. The service counter staff replied that they would ask someone to bring us clean bath towels, but they did not keep their promise in the end. We were deceived again."

"A brand new hotel with spacious, very clean rooms and excellent facilities. It boasts a fantastic location, right near Surfer's Paradise, and there's a train station nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. The only minor downside was that parking required a two-minute walk, as it wasn't directly in the hotel's underground garage. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Gold Coast."

"Hotel centrally located at Surfer Paradise,very convenient. Hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Breakfast is fantastic. Laundry facilities at the apartment was excellent. Hotel staffs at reception was helpful."

"The hotel itself was fine, but it’s clear it has seen better days. Some maintenance is needed across both the public areas and guest rooms. While everything was clean and tidy, it feels like little has been refreshed since the rebrand to Imperial Hotel. We stayed a year ago, also in winter, and unfortunately the experience this time didn’t match the quality of our previous visit. The staff overall were friendly, though a few of the front office team could use a reminder that a warm smile goes a long way. Having worked in the luxury hotel sector for many years, I know firsthand how much that simple gesture can enhance a guest’s stay. Our main disappointment was with housekeeping. During our four-night stay, our room was not serviced on the third day - we had to request it after 6pm. The following day it was serviced, but not fully: towels were removed but not replaced, and amenities such as body wash were not replenished. We didn’t dislike our stay, but the overall experience fell short compared to last year. With some attention to maintenance and service consistency, the hotel could once again deliver the high standard it has been known for."

"Located in a quiet residential street yet 300m from cafes, restaurants and shops, Woodroffe is also 300m from light rail and numerous bus services. A perfect location Modern, clean and designed for business or tourist stays. A laundry is available at Lobby level along with a cafe and guest microwave oven facilities. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Staff are simply delightful. View from room across yacht club to ocean."

"The location is great! As soon as we checked in, they welcomed us with two glasses of champagne — such a nice touch and really delicious 😋. The only downside is that check-in is a bit late at 3 PM, which made it a bit tricky to plan our time beforehand. But overall, everything else was lovely!"
