"Despite looking like being close to the airport you have a 20 minute ride and the hotel offers no Shuttle Service, leaving you to pay 25€ per ride, costing extra 50€ to go back and forth. The staff wasn’t exactly welcoming nor helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Next time I’ll look for a better hotel by paying 20€ and save me the extra costs."

"I had asked whether there is cooking facility there, for example stove and pots, the reply is yes, but when we are there.. It turn out no cooking facilities not even a microwave! And only two toilet for do many rooms to share. The toilet is wc cum shower room. So we have no wc to use even when we are urgent. Two toilets for around ten rooms."

"Bit hard to get to/from the airport they do have shuttle services but its a lil tricky navigating the site plus they are only available between certain hours of the day.
Its in the middle of nowhere. Just industrial area and other hotels. Which forces you to dine in, breakfast is decent, but dinner was bad. Feel like the food in general is cheap, but charged at a premium. Poor quality ingredients for what you are paying for. I dont expect a mcchicken burger at 18euro. I expect a real chicken breast. Not mechanical blended meat. Other than that the place is actually really nice. Im a fan of that Scandinavian minimal look. Next time i would actually still stay here but just taxi to a nearby restaurant or uber eats some nicer food instead of dining in. Staff were lovely and helpful. Decent gym too. They need slightly heavier weights but you can get a good work out with thats there. I may of got swindled as I ordered a double and they put the singles together. I didnt want to make a fuss but look out for that."

"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, smiling staff. It's also super affordable, offering great value for money, especially for a budget hotel. While the rooms are compact, the space is incredibly well-designed and utilized. I tried a snack from the vending machine which was delicious, if a little salty. You can purchase a liter of water from the restaurant for 6 Euros. Do remember to bring your own toiletries, as Europe is quite committed to environmental protection these days. The airport shuttle service is very convenient, costing 5 Euros per person per trip."

"The service is fine although it took a long time to check in (15 minutes) I imagine the guy was new and didn't know how to do his job yet, otherwise it's fine, it's on a street parallel to Gran Via so the location is great, I have to say that the room I took which was a double one was quite good inside but the outside of the room looked like garage doors, the inside of the room can't be closed but it remains locked from the outside and at 1 in the morning they knocked on our door while my friend and I were asleep and they made noises outside the door until they stopped knocking, otherwise very good accommodation for one or two nights, breakfast a little scarce but in terms of quality and price I think it's fine since for the price of the rooms in this hostel it's hard to find in Madrid and that are well located"

"The room isn't small, but the bed is tiny, probably only about 0.9 meters wide, like a single bed. The hotel is very clean, and there's a shuttle bus to all airport terminals every half hour. There's a large shopping center nearby with a huge Mercadona, and also a big Lidl, making it convenient for shopping. It's ideal for a transit stay."
